Vacation rentals with beach access in Perth and Kinross

This flat is a lovely oasis to relax in and to just be! It is very close to the crashing waves of the sea with local walks. The East Neuk of Fife has a coastline of wonders to discover and enjoy.

I recently moved to Scotland with my 4 dogs and needed a place to stay while I figured out my permanent living situation. I booked for a 2-month stay. The location is everything I hoped it would be. You can see and hear the sea right outside your window. There are lots of really beautiful walks here in tiny West Weymss and the beach is right there. It's a short drive to a bigger town for shopping. it's about 30-40 minutes from Edinburgh Airport. Lynn has been the perfect host. She has been there whenever I had any questions or needed advise. She's absolutely wonderful. I'm really going to miss this spot when I move, but I feel very lucky to have found this place and to have been able to relax and unwind here.

Martyna was flexible for check in and the flat was nice as shown in pictures with sea view and everything was clean and well maintained and host was responsive and helpful, will definitely visit in future and will recommend it to friends and family, flat was away from city and chaos in very peaceful area.

Very nice flat. Very well equipped. The views were fabulous from the bedroom window and the outdoor balcony was a great place to sit and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very close proximity to the shore and harbour.

Lisa was absolutely amazing! The space was so thoughtfully put together and in such a cute little town!

Fun place in the countryside. Donna is friendly and welcoming. Had fun interacting with all the animals. Brian the donkey loves carrots. Lot's of loving cats and dogs. Be prepared for dirty shoes!!

Had a fabulous stay at the Auld Sweetie shop in Stanley, perfectly situated for exploring Perthshire & beyond. The cottage & garden are lovely & everything required for our stay was supplied including a lot of basics not usually provided. The communication with Julie was excellent, this was our second stay at the cottage & hopefully we will return in the future.

This house has everything you need. From the personal touches of welcoming drinks to all your needs taken care of. We were a group of 8 friends and we all unanimously agreed we’d come back. Great location and easy to walk into town. Fabulous. 10/10

We had a great stay at Mel's place. Looks exactly like the photos, amazing views of Loch Lomond. Clean, tidy, comfy, cosy. We can also recommend the local Cruise Loch Lomond and the Tarbet Hotel - both just up the road. Cruise was stunning and Hotel great restaurant and staff. Mel great host, welcoming arrival and great with messaging. Thanks Mel! We hope to return in the future!!

Fantastic cottage in a great location for peaceful days relaxing by the loch or for visiting Scotland. Lovely little pub just a few doors down and nice food served. Friendly host and nice welcome pack.

Our stay at the Boreland Cottage was amazing. It’s a lovely peaceful place with amazing views of Loch Tay which is only a 15 min walk away and a 10 min drive to a small beach in Killin. Great value for money and I would 100% return again!

What a magical location! In the heart of the countryside and wildlife galore!! Lived sitting in the gorgeous living room with the stove on looking out the window. Wished we could have stayed longer.
