Great stay at Richard and Shakila's. Communication and check-in were smooth and welcoming. The apartment is fully equipped, maintained in superb condition, and extremely clean. We feel really good there. Superb environment: the beach is literally a 1-minute walk away, convenience store opposite and good restaurants nearby. Richard and Shakila were always kind and responsive to our requests. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Corinne is a wonderful host. Extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The apartment is in a great location and very bright... the sun rises directly in front of the window over the sea! The view makes it a wonderful place to work. I was there for over a month and felt very comfortable. You can take long walks on the beach there and it is also a good starting point for excursions to the mountains, etc. Highly recommended!

Very bright, clean apartment is very well located for walking to the beach or downtown. The plus is the nearby parking space. Contact with Pierre was very easy with easy explanations for entering the apartment. Recommended.

Excellent stay in this beautiful apartment in a very good location in Collioure. The parking space in the residence is the icing on the cake: you park the car when you arrive and don't have to worry about finding a space! The apartment overlooking the back of the residence makes it quiet. The view of the fort and vineyards adds even more to this apartment. It is functional, well decorated and very clean. Everything you need is there to have a pleasant stay "like at home". In addition, Stéphanie gave us very good advice and gave us all the good ideas for visits so that our stay was optimized. We're having trouble leaving this wonderful place… We'll probably go back!

We had a great time, the beach is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes, parking is secure, and the accommodation includes everything you need (kitchen, coffee, kettle, mini oven, washing machine...) Duplex apartment, very comfortable, great location: facing the sea, beautiful view and beach downstairs from the building! View of the Canigou from the balcony (veranda) of the kitchen! You can do anything on foot from the apartment, which is great for a real vacation. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean. Large shower, dressing room...! Really perfect for a stay in Canet-Plage! Thank you again to both of you for your hospitality and attention upon arrival!

The place is very well maintained, great location, but the garage is too small for large cars like station wagons or SUVs.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and the hot tub is the great plus of this apartment. It's very easy to park directly in front of the property. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a great time and recommend this place.
