Cosy cottage for exploring Snowdonia

Cosy and well equipped semi-detached cottage, perfectly situated as a base for attractions throughout Snowdonia and North Wales. Ysgoldy, was historically the village Sunday school, with the Sunday School teacher’s adjoining cottage next door. Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge area with electric heating and wall mounted TV, a shower room and WC and kitchen with character wood burning stove. Upstairs has two bedrooms (one ensuite) and reading space on the landing with views of the river.

Tucked away in the traditional Welsh village of Penmachno, surrounded by hills and forests, it's one of the hidden gems of Snowdonia National Park. Centrally located, it is a terrific location from which to explore.

"Glyn Mawr Holiday Cottage" is a beautiful, newly renovated cottage with stunning views over Bala lake and mountains. It's set back in it's own valley and has incredible 360 degree views of nature. It's just 10 mins drive from Bala town and walking distance to the lake. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the garden behind there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.
