“This place is awesome!!! I’ll be staying here anytime I come to Pendleton! Anne was amazing and so accommodating. Their fridge is filled with drinks and so many snacks! They conveniently leave a donation jar so you can help replenish which was great for us bc we did not have time to replace all the water and coffee we drank and fruit snacks I helped myself to lol. The property is nice and quiet so we had some great sleep. They were able to accommodate my friends massive RV on the property as well. Will definitely be staying here again! A million thanks!”
The little 1939 house is only 2 blocks from the busy Round Up grounds, so no need to worry about parking. The cozy ambiance of the house is wonderful and the outdoor garden is a relaxing place for a cup of coffee. Great for bridal parties, business travel and families. On a busy street, but she’s away from the road. I accommodate guests with allergy disabilities the best I can. No pets. Basement is NOT occupied!
“The cottage and surrounding landscaping was even cuter than the fabulous pictures. Ronna gave us helpful tips for where to eat in town and Pendleton is such a relaxing place for a long weekend. The people are really nice, restaurants are great, and riverwalk is lovely. There is surprisingly a lot to do in this town. We would definitely come back! And because lot of reviews differed on this point, I want to mention "the busy road out front", which is really not that busy (I guess it depends on how you define busy). It's two lanes one way with cars going by about 30 miles an hour, but hardly any at night and not that loud. Plus the cottage is set far back from the road and the bedroom windows open away from the road. I'm a light sleeper and never had any problem with the road noise with the windows open. Hope that helps those who might want more info on the road part.”
NEIGH-bors is on the top floor of a barn just within the city limits of Pendleton, Oregon. It's 600+ square feet, and includes a nicely stocked kitchen and full bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen futon in the living room. This "barndo" is an attractive option for those who desire convenience and rustic charm.
“Of all the places I’ve stayed traveling, this was amongst my top 3. Very comfy, loved seeing the horses outside the window in the morning. Delightful Pendleton Round Up decor. Good shower, comfy bed and full well stocked kitchen! Eggs, peanut butter, and ice cream? Who does that? (Ate some eggs, but showed restraint on the peanut butter and ice cream!) I travel a lot in Eastern Oregon for work. This has been the best find.”
