from the first message, the communication was excellent. merve responds very quickly and kindly. she gave me clear directions on how to get there. from the first moment I came in I got a warm welcome. merve is a great host, a cozy and enthusiastic person. she shows interest and likes to share things about her daily activities. i'm glad we also went out together. i can reassure any future guest that you are in good hands with this lady. You have to be able to treat cats. She has 3, one of which is very cuddly. i came as a guest but I left with a new friendship😊 good luck with your future plans and training. Clean apartment, good communication and sufficient amenities as described. It is about 1.5 km to the subway on foot, but there are different bus options.

The house is very clean and everything has been considered up to the smallest detail. The location is close to everywhere and the host communication was quick and sincere, we were very satisfied, thank you.

Good position, plenty of services around, close by train station. I was staying for several weeks, accomodation was cozy and provided nice place to stay. Place will need few repairs and painting but if you are not looking for five start hotel standard, this place is cool.

I stayed here during a business trip, and it was perfect for both productivity and relaxation. The apartment is quiet, has a great view, and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and efficient stay. The building itself has top-tier amenities—a well-equipped gym and a fantastic pool and sauna that made it easy to unwind after work. The location is also a huge plus: there’s a Starbucks and several excellent coffee spots within a one- to two-minute walk. A lot of restaurants are close by, and there’s even a supermarket essentially in the same building. You rarely have to go far to get anything done. The area feels very safe and high-end, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommended.

A very suitable apartment for 1-2 people within walking distance of the metrobus and metro. There are mini shopping malls, supermarkets and various restaurants on the first floor. You can even say coffee to the apartment from the cafe below. It was nice to be allowed to use the parking lot. Host is quick to respond to questions. I recommend it to those who prefer to stay in a central location on the Anatolian side.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host gave the necessary instructions before check-in and we were able to check in quickly. It was also important for security and for having an indoor parking lot. The byways were bad only because there were new constructions around it. Although we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But it can be easily reached by direct connection from the highway. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard when the windows and balcony doors are open, otherwise, when the windows are closed, there is no sound in the house. We were pleased. We thank the host.

The house was extremely nice and spacious. All the specified amenities were also available. It may be even more convenient for the summer season, of course, it was a little cold the first evening in the small season, but we solved it at a large rate by contacting Mr. Kerem. Since the house is very spacious, the rooms facing only the north are very difficult, but the floor and the entrance were very hot. The garden is really peaceful, and the house is very nice even for large families
