House vacation rentals in Peñalba de Santiago

The accommodation is worth it, from its facilities in the house to the shared facilities (pool). The location is quiet and beautiful, in addition to being attached to the village bar. What we have missed has been kitchenware for the 9 people we have gone, as well as chairs inside the house (although the bar quickly gave us a solution with chairs on the terrace), knives for cooking and something else. Except for this, the stay was wonderful and comfortable. The temperature in the house was excellent despite the low temperatures.

The accommodation met all our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, the pool is very clean and at an ideal temperature, the kitchen is very well-equipped. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the entire house, with air fresheners throughout the house creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hosts were very attentive to everything from the very beginning and receptive to any questions. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Pilar and May we have spent 14 unforgettable days, they have helped us in everything, they are super friendly, I definitely recommend staying in their home, as soon as we leave our lives we will try to repeat.

We went with the family and we were very comfortable. Bea who welcomed us, she was very charming, very attentive and indicated us where to go, what to do and where to eat. The perfect house, very clean and a very nice quiet environment

The house is very clean. It has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at home. Lots of privacy and the dogs he leaves are a delight. The bad thing is that we couldn't use the jacuzzi and the pool wasn't very clean because the motor broke down. But it's worth it. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s place. The apartment had everything we needed and offered a beautiful view. We were welcomed incredibly warmly, and Alejandro made us feel right at home from the start. All in all, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Gracias! :)

We had the most wonderful time at Sofía’s home. We loved the history and stories we gleamed from the beautiful photos on the walls and felt completely at home in this magnificent property. We slept well in the comfortable bedrooms. Sofía was a wonderful host and the cleanliness was above and beyond perfect. We were close to Las Médulas for a day of impressive history and across the street from some fun waterslides for the kids. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful home and enjoy our lazy days around the pool. A memorable time for our family! Thank you so much!

Staying at Jesus and his family's house was a real treat. From the moment we arrived and were given directions, we were treated like family. With the kindness and good work of a Galician family, with local recommendations, and even some affection on their part to enjoy dinner. Attention to detail, friendly and kind service, you can't ask for more. The adjacent space with the dining room, barbecue, garden and kitchen is excellent. I would appreciate better insulation in the dining room ceiling area, for the cold nights of Galicia. Regarding the house's facilities, being a group of 7 friends, the different rooms, having heating available, several kitchens and bathrooms, made this weekend easier. While it is true that you can see that the house is still in the process of renovation due to its outdated furniture. It's a small inconvenience, which doesn't make it impossible to enjoy the house. We'll be back! Thank you Jesus!

Everything is perfect,the host, the village, the location of the perfect house to visit the entire Bierzo and León area. We have been superbly.

We had a very pleasant stay in this place. Although it is not located in the center of a city, its location is really excellent and strategic if you plan to visit both Ponferrada and Las Médulas, as it allows easy access to both places by car. The accommodation itself was very good, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's an ideal base for exploring the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Javier was so very friendly and helpful. He helped us navigate our way to Seceda which was in fact quite easy. The apartment is very comfortable, fitted with an excellent shower and the bed was so comfortable. Javier has lovingly restored his apartment, it’s is a real credit to his craftsmanship. We had a delicious supper brought to us, all using local produce. It’s a great place for hiking. We highly recommend a visit.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house and we will definitely repeat again Goretti is lovely and the house has all the amenities , this time the weather did not accompany much but in the house there are many games and we enjoyed a lot I recommend it !!

Unbeatable place to rest, you have to take everything there is no shop or bar in the village. The house is spectacular and has a beautiful churrasquera area with all the amenities. Rosa's service was unbeatable. We will definitely be back. The accesses are better from the Leon area than from the one in Lugo.

Thank you for welcoming us with the hot fire and the warm house. Lots of intimacy in quiet area, even for barbecueing. Each room had its own bathroom and everything was clean. Lots of firewood to be very comfortable at home. Yes we miss that they will refill the hand soap and some trash bags, but we did get along well. Cozy, warm and quiet house. Would come back again!

Highly recommended: the house is a small work of art, cozy and very beautiful (authentic rural crafts of the region), the gazebo located in the meadow behind the house and next to a creek is a delight (breakfast, meals, dinners, barbecues, card games, books, evenings ...), the village is very well located (nice valley, several excursions, river beach, easy access to towns and surrounding areas) and surprises the offer it presents (eaten well and at ease! ... do not forget to inform yourself of the musical offer it presents, if it is interesting you will be surprised!). The best: the treatment and attention of Juanjo the landlord (thank you!). The worst: it will surely not be easy for it to be available, it is quite requested :-) PS: We spent 11 fantaticos days in it :-))

Beautiful cottage in a small village. Wonderfully quiet location in beautiful nature reserve. The cottage is very complete and has a nice outdoor space. You will sleep on the upper floor. This is very spacious and has a nice and large bed. Shower is spacious and warm. Highly recommend!

We were very comfortable. The setting is impressively beautiful and quiet, the people in the village are very nice and friendly. Marcos was a very good host, communicating with us at all times.
