It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, LGBTQ+ friendly, business travelers and pet friendly. You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Wellanidia Cottage, Mani

Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. Μερικά χιλιόμετρα μακρυά από τον ιστορικό τόπο της Αρχαίας Ολυμπίας και κοντά στην ομορφιά των καταρρακτών Νέδας. Τέλος, η παραλία μας είναι 5-10 λεπτά περπάτημα από το διαμέρισμα, όπως επίσης και μαγαζιά οπού εκεί θα μπορείτε να προμηθευτείτε τα απαραίτητα.
