This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

The house is very nice, very clean when we arrived and comfortable (we were amazed at how well soundproofed it is, you sleep very peacefully). Lovely house, we had a fantastic time. The town is very well situated with lots of restaurants and supermarkets. The little shops were also great. We were able to visit Segovia for the day, well worth the drive. The house has a beautiful garden with pool. Comfortable roomy bedrooms. Kitchen is small. We would definitely recommend this house if you are happy to eat out.

Feliz was super friendly. At all times there was super clear communication and they were very adaptable with the arrival. The kitchen was clean and very well-equipped. The heated floor was very good. The distribution of the bathrooms is a bit tight for 10 people, as there is a toilet in the living room and two bathrooms with showers inside the two bedrooms of the house, although enough for a group with confidence. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

My 4 night stay at Alejandra’s apartment was incredible. Her apartment is super easy to get into, remarkably clean, had all the listed amenities & more (like mini dish soap, a sponge, a few garbage bags, mini shampoo and conditioner bottles). It was important for me that the kitchen had ample dishes (like plates, cups, tools, utensils) and hers did not disappoint! Alejandra is super attentive and servicial and always so sweet and willing to make you as comfortable as possible. 10/10 airbnb experience with her. I’d recommend this place to anyone based off the incredible host, beautiful apartment and quiet neighborhood.
