Apeiron II Villa - Sunny, Modern, Pool - walk to Gaios

Apeiron Villas are two separate villas that can also be booked as one complex. Each villa has its own infinity swimming pool overseeing the Ionian Pelago, a large external living room by the pool with a magnificent view as well as a dining table covered by a white bamboo pergola. Olive trees, lemon trees, jasmine plants, and bougainvilleas surround the two traditionally built villas. Each villa has two floors. The ground floor comprises of the living room, the kitchen and the first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom consists of two single COCOMAT mattresses that can be brought together. Going up the stairs, the second double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom can be found. This second bedroom has a double COCOMAT mattress. A large balcony on the 1st floor oversees the Ionian Pelago. The living room has a large built sofa which can accommodate a fifth person. The living room and the two bedrooms are equipped with inverter A/C units while the two bedrooms also have ceiling fans. The living room has a fireplace as well as a TV. Gaios harbour overview is a private house on the hill above gaios and it’s very close to the center. Within less than 10 min walking to the square, using a path and minutes by car. Private parking, outdoor jacuzzi (2,50 x 1,50 x 0,80), garden, wonderful view terrace and a small cottage with bbq,w.c. and a shower. The house is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning , one kitchen room, one bathroom, a living room and a dining room..

Elia Junior Suite- Lavish with ample spaces

Elia Junior Suite is situated in a quite privileged location with great view to the green landscape, the town and the port of Gaios. Both the outside and the inside, are comfortably and meticulously furnished for pure leisure. In 2018 a turquoise crystal clear pool has been added. in 2022 Elia, obtained a modernised kitchen with brand new electrical appliances. Private parking and BBQ are also available. Eliά is ideal for 2 people but is spacious enough to host families of four.

The Villa has been sanitized and it will be sanitized after each guest. A renovated villa following the Paxos' styles with a new POOL available and also a new Air conditioning in each room. The villa includes 5 bedrooms all independent with private bathroom and private entrance for maximum independence and privacy. 15 minutes walk from Gaios and 3 minutes by car/scooter Let's check my other account where I'm a Superhost in my apt in Venice.
