The stay was great! In fact, hosting is better than in photos. The hosts were really responsive, the bedroom and bathroom were in great condition, and the house itself was well organized. Regarding the location, it is very close to Unicamp, and it is possible to walk back and forth. But it is a neighborhood with few shops.

My stay was great! Iracema and Maria José were kind and attentive at all times. I was received by Maria José who waited for me beyond the scheduled time of arrival, as my flight was delayed more than two hours. The house is very pleasant and cozy, the neighborhood is quiet and quiet. It is very close to Unicamp, around 10 minutes walking, or even less. There is a pedestrian access by the lake near the house, making it easy to arrive at the University. The house and room correspond to the description and the photos, I feel even more pleasant by arriving at the site. Certainly it is a hosting that would like to stay again when you return to Unicamp.

Great experience, everything was perfect! Beautiful house, very nice hosts, and lots of privacy for guests. Very good for those who go to Unicamp, as was my case. From there, it's about 20 to 30 minutes depending on where you're going on campus. But a quiet, pleasant, safe walk in wooded areas. The only thing worth considering is that there are no bars, restaurants and shops nearby, as it is a residential neighborhood (beautiful and quiet) all of this is about 2 to 3 kilometers away, but nothing too far. But for those who don't need shopping nearby, or are willing to take an Uber (as was also my case), Renê and Anna's house is a great option!!

Awesome place to stay!

The Real Estate has a good location, a quiet neighborhood, full of shops , bars and restaurants nearby, easy access to everything, I loved Cambuí. Communication with Luiza was great, always responding quickly, gave us tips and everything we had doubts he answered quickly. The Super Tasty Apartment, air-conditioned living room and bedroom work super well, the gourmet balcony is a cute, nice to talk, barbecue and despite being on the 1st floor , no one gets to see what it is doing. There are no noisy neighbors, the building is very quiet , all digital. It was a very cool 4 days, much more that it was a holiday. Me, my husband and my puppy love it. We'll be back for sure and we indicate it.

The weekend/holiday at Ivanete and her Co-Hosts' accommodation was great. It really was an amazing experience. I had rented another studio since the last time I was in Campinas, and it met our expectations. Great space, with good lighting. Beautiful and complete kitchen. There is nothing to say, only praise. I would come back several times.

Apartment very well located, in a green and quiet area, but a few minutes by car from the center of Serra Negra. Great for resting and at the same time enjoying the city's attractions during the day.
