The second time we have hosted with Nilson place is perfect for spending time with family. Nilson always very attentive, and was able to flex our entry and exit times of the apartment , local and close to the beach , market, pizzeria and the quiet beach with infrastructure We love our stay once more!!!

I would like to record the immense satisfaction of myself and my family for the lodging in the apt of Mr. Manoel. We were in 4, being a baby. Impeccable apt, perfect functionality, excellent cleaning (I have rhinitis and always suffer/I have ZERO problems. I felt comfortable). Condominium and beach service equally impeccable, helpful and flexible! Amazing structure! We'll be back for sure and recommend c/mta satisfaction. Everyone is to be congratulated for the services provided!

Impeccable apartment, very well equipped and faithful to the photos. We were delighted with the whole structure very well cared for, new and clean. All appliances in perfect condition. The beach path is very easy and even with a baby we had no difficulty. Building has an infrastructure that has served us very well!

The Marijose apt is complete and super cared for me and my family. So much so that it was not necessary to contact there. Great space and location, quiet mto beach and family atmosphere.

We found the apartment clean, without the smell of mold, much like the photos of the listing, accommodated 6 people with peace of mind . Preserved furniture and utensils, additional beach chairs. Air-conditioned , TV all in perfect condition. Ângelo always ready to answer the questions . It was a great experience . Super recommend !!

Vanessa's apartment is simply perfect, super clean, smells nice. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The Gourmet area is spectacular, the hot tub made all the difference, we had rainy days and enjoyed it a lot. My husband loves to barbecue and loved the gas barbecue and all the utensils. It was very worthwhile, our stay was perfect.

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We didn't suffer with late-night street sweepers or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very easy to leave them there while we went for a walk. Katya was flexible with check-out time, which allowed us to enjoy our last day more. I highly recommend it.

We spent a very well accommodated holiday, the apartment is very cool, everything works, well located and very comfortable. The condominium is a club, the staff are very polite and attentive. Bruno was super requested, always with very quick responses. sure we'll be back.

The apartment is perfect in a great condominium full of leisure options (outdoor pool and heated pool, spa, sauna, courts, game room), parking spaces and close to the beach with easy access in a quiet point of the Riviera. It's very nice to have all the amenities with bed and bath linens, we only took the beach towels. Full kitchen, everything clean and organized. Great and fast communication.

It was a wonderful accommodation, clean, organized, spacious and complete property (all household utensils). Air-conditioning functioning perfectly and good pressure in the showers. Larissa is an excellent hostess, always responding to messages quickly. Super recommend it!

A very special place, a unique experience! The neighborhood is very unique, with incredible views and experiences! Even in a period where the weather was uncertain, the days were wonderful and the feeling of having a beach at home, there are no comparisons! I recommend it.

Very nice! Communication with Renata was excellent. Apartment exactly the same as the photos, very comfortable. I went with my baby and the place is very calm, heated pool. The space has Van to the beach, where we do not use it on behalf of the baby, but we meet guests from other units that used the service and it was excellent. When we arrived we noticed that the air-conditioning in the suite was not working and Renata promptly answered us and solved our problem the next day in the morning. In fact, we had to do everything by car, but this wasn't a problem for us. We will definitely come back and recommend the place.

My family and I were very pleased with the apartment. The location is great and very close to the beach. The condominium has a complete and very well-maintained infrastructure, worthy of a resort. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Carlos (host) was very polite and helpful. I recommend it for anyone looking for a nice and practical place to stay, especially with children. I'll be back without a doubt.

We had an unforeseen issue with the bed and bath linens on the first day, the laundry was very late to deliver to the apartment and they only did it around 10 p.m. Because we have young children, it was uncomfortable. Lucca was always talking to me through the chat. Otherwise, the stay was great. Spacious apartment, clean and new utensils, everything working. I recommend it.
