There is plenty of free parking in front of the house for cars or bicycles. By car, you can reach the main train station in 9 minutes. By city bus 8/9/K3 ( walking distance to the stop about 7-10 minutes) or by bike along the Inn you can get directly to the city center. The residential complex is located on a steep property. * communal washing machines

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Otherwise, bus line 8 stops right outside the front door as well as lines 1 and 2 for about 100 m. Easy and fast connection to the highway. Parking space available.
