The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

Nice and beautiful place

We were a group of 10 and we had a great time at Juans place. The staff were helpful and amazing, but also letting us have our private time. The house is exactly like the pictures, and is truly a beautiful home I a quiet street, right closeby all the nightlife of Makati. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again for having us Juan!

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

the unit it self is really nice each room have ac . nice and quiet. spacious! bed are so comfortable linen are nice clean . smells nice and soft . and towels. lots of shops around. and Robinson mall just 5 minutes walk. I love the big TV. and the view from the window the pasig river just stunning. just need Lundy room washing machine. yes I would recommend this place .and definitely would stay again.

Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!

This house is a home to guests. Ms. Jenah is super responsive. She welcomed us in our stay which I really appreciated. The towels and bed sheets are squeaky clean. They have complete utensils and appliances. Also my relatives who are from Cebu, Batangas and Pangasinan are delighted in our stay. Also the rooms have great air conditioning. This was our first time staying in Marikina, and we’re so glad we found Glenn's place. It’s located in a secure, gated community tucked away in the heart of Marikina city, which made it both peaceful and convenient. We chose this spot because it was centrally located near family members in the area. The check-in process was smooth, and Glenn’s clear instructions made it even easier. Although we encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, Glenn was quick to respond and resolve them. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Glenn’s place to any large families visiting the Philippines.
