Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Parque del Plata

If you have doubts like I did because it's new and has few comments, don't worry, everything is better than expected and deserves more than 5 stars. You'll be hard-pressed to find something similar or better. The host answers all questions instantly, the place is the same or better than the photos (you see the sea from all sides and hear the waves from the rooms). Super bright. Nice views everywhere. Spacious balcony. Fully equipped to move in. The apartment, sheets, towels, super clean. There was only a slight musty smell when we entered, but with ventilation the next day it was solved. The building workers are helpful! The building has 2 entrances by stairs, and the slope by the garage otherwise. It has 2 large elevators. It is in front of the beach (and there are chairs and umbrellas for rent), and if you don't walk you can reach another one on the brava, and the mansa. There's a restaurant downstairs. It's 2 blocks from the bus station and a supermarket. 1 from the shopping mall. We'll definitely be back!

My stay at Belén's apartment was amazing. It is beautiful brand new building on a fantastic street in Malvin, on a very safe area, only 3 blocks from a gorgeous beach, and 3 blocks from a main grocery store that has everything. Also very close to the centre of the neighbourhood where one can find many shops, restaurants and cafeterias. The apartments is very comfortable, with lots of lights, and very zen. Communication with Belén was super easy and flowy, she was very responsive and polite with every question and request I had. I will request to stay at Belén's again when I am back to Uruguay next year.

Excellent oceanfront apartment, with an amazing view and located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting. The amenities are really complete and the owners have an excellent disposition, always attentive. We would definitely go back, we totally recommend it.

We had an amazing stay! Vladimir is super attentive and kind. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and more. The amenities are divine! The terrace has a spectacular view and the apartment's deck overlooks the pool and a beautiful garden. We had a wedding at the Serena, so it was an unbeatable location for us. We left planning our return!!

Property: It is located in a very nice area, a short distance from the beach, safe environment, inside the apartment is well cared for, spacious, bright and clean, with excellent views, the terrace with a large grill and appropriate furniture, the views from there are incredible and the tranquility of the entire area make it really feel good, as in our own home. it is to highlight the self check-in, both to the underground parking lot, and by the goal , always attentive and available.

The apartment is much better than the pictures show. The host and his wife were waiting for us and were very kind to show us the apartment, which is well equipped. Special highlight for crockery, cups (water, whisky), crystal glasses (wine, champagne) and tablecloths new and in sufficient quantity to welcome friends for lunch, dinner or happy hour. Ample, with great division and a beautiful view of the sea, as it is on the 11th floor. Traditional building, with excellent maintenance of the common areas, good location, with bakery and coffee next door and supermarket two blocks away. Staff of the helpful building, polite.

This house in Punta Ballena is absolutely gorgeous—truly, the pictures don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning backyard that leads right to the ocean. The pool was big, clean, and incredibly refreshing, perfect for relaxing during the day. At night, the view of the stars was breathtaking. Inside, the house is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers amazing views from almost every room. The satellite TV was a nice bonus, but honestly, with scenery like this, we barely needed it! If you’re looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway, this place is perfect. We’d love to come back!

Marcos was very helpful at all times, as was his sister when we left. The house is just like the photos and really very comfortable to spend a few days with family and friends! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool and the background are the most enjoyable!! I would really come back! The surroundings are very peaceful and you have everything close by!!

Tower One is very nicely located. It has an exceptional light, clarity, beautiful views! Very cute amenities! The photos are what they show! It has daily laundry cleaning service in the garage area! The bed is super comfy! Very happy with my stay! I highly recommend it

Very well located apartment, close to the main points of interest, very comfortable, great bed, very clean and smelling. Well equipped kitchen, good shower, super comfortable room. Place to feel at home. Unico incoviniente was the somewhat cramped box.

The apartment was impeccable, exactly as in the pictures, beautiful sea view, heated pool, well-equipped kitchen, garage and easy access. Everyone in the very gentle building. The apartment is very spacious, impeccable in every way, excellent location, you can walk to the beach, both to the brava and to the mansa, all the facilities work perfectly, we were left wanting to have a barbecue in the gazebos due to lack of time, impeccable pools, the outside ones with warm water and the inside one warmer !!! I would go back 1 and 1000 times !!!
