Great host and beautiful house!

Accommodation faithful to the description. The terrace and its outdoor living room are a real plus that we were unfortunately not able to enjoy given the appalling weather during our short stay. It would be worth a return in high season. To summarize the only downside to our stay: the weather... otherwise everything was perfect!

Very good stay, the area is very nice, I suggest to Thomas to leave instructions for all electrical appliances. It's a bit of a hassle when you don't know, apart from the smell on Mimizan, everything is very good, thank you Thomas

Beautiful cottage, very well-equipped, very pleasant to stay in, spacious and ideally located. We had a great weekend at a team seminar of 10 adults. We were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and leisure facilities available. Lake Sanguinet 2 km away is an exotic haven, where the sunsets are fascinating. And Caroline is a lovely and considerate host. We were all charmed. Thank you Caroline and Frank for putting stars in our work weekend.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Very nice accommodation and as described. Access to the ocean on foot is lovely. If you want to avoid using the car, I recommend having a bike to get to the center of Cap-Ferret; however, the distances are within walking distance. Our host was always available and responsive to questions.

Céline is a dream host, efficient and charming. She quickly solved a security issue I was having with the WiFi. The property is as described and I was able to entertain my family as I had hoped to. Area is a wonderful seaside location with amazing walking and biking trails and the most spectacular beaches.

nice campsite, good location and in a nice environment. The mobile home has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The major asset is the private land space around, to be able to rest quietly.

We had a lovely stay at the house. It was very clean and well equipped. Set in a quiet and unoverlooked village. The pool and terrace was very nice. You have to take the car for amenities and activities but that didn't bother us (we can't have a house with a nice quiet exterior in the city center😉😉). However, there are forest paths that can be reached on foot 👣 or by bike 🚲 right next door. Finally, Andrea was throughout the exchanges, a very responsive and friendly host 🌸 We can only recommend to other guests ☺️☺️

Odile is friendly, available, and accommodating in terms of schedules. The house is very nice, spacious and well-equipped. As described.

Luis was very friendly, flexible and available at any time. The pool is heated and nice and warm, especially in bad weather the pool cover is very helpful. You can easily walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. We will be happy to come back.

Communication with Stéphane was very good, responsive, and present when we arrived. Very nice little house, 2 steps from the sea, with parking for parking. Everything is available in this house for a quiet week! And very well received with fruit juice and bottle of rosé.

We were welcomed by Fabrice's parents, they are very kind and helpful , they were always there to do us a service and they were to our care, endearing people. Pearl our little dog really enjoyed the stay and she was welcomed like a queen. The accommodation and grounds are pleasant and quiet and clean . We recommend this listing and think we'll go back. Had a lovely stay at Evelyne's in her fisherman's cabin. The cabin is very clean and nothing is missing. Highlight: its covered terrace and fully equipped garden for relaxing. Evelyne is very responsive. I highly recommend it.

Small but very well located accommodation, on a quiet street and close to the beach and shops. The enclosed terrace is a big plus, especially when you have a dog, although unfortunately the weather did not give us much opportunity to enjoy it.

Nadine is a very welcoming person and her little cabin is a very nice place to relax near the forest and not far from the beach. Beautiful place.

Viviane is very kind and attentive. Our pets are welcome, they feel at home, that's great! Quiet, family-friendly place, it is necessary for a pleasant stay.
