Vacation rentals with lake access in Paphos

The apartment was perfect for my stay. It was exactly as described and is very centrally located. It had everything that I needed and given it's great location it was prefect to walk everywhere and relax. Sylvia was a great communicator, and the apartment was available 3 hours earlier than the normal check in time. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely return and use this apartment again. Thank loads!!

We had a fantastic week enjoying the opportunities for local hiking, the great terrace and swimming pool and the beach that was just a hop, skip and a jump from the property. Aris was very friendly and accommodating and the Cypriot BBQ was great fun to use.

We stayed here for 5 weeks, the villa has everything you need for a comfortable home from home stay. Chrysanthos was very responsive, we had an issue with hot water but he got on to it, sorted an electrician to come and fix straight away (even though it was over Christmas) and the issue was sorted in double quick time. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you can think of. The villa is exactly as described. Due to the time of year we did not use the communal pool, however it looked well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The area of Goudi is very quiet but perfect for our requirements, you will need a car to fet around. In all a perfect stay and I would definitely reccommend. Thankyou

Very clean and all appliances were working (not a given with Paphos rentals). Large terrace in direct sun (Feb-Mar) from early morning to about 2 p.m. Very walkable location, no car needed; walk to four grocery stores, the harbor, and the mall. Near a busy road but I only noticed it during morning and evening rush hour. Pool and courtyard was very quiet this time of year. The apartment has a lot of "stuff" which you will find either homey or cluttered, depending on your point of view. The beds were comfortable, but I have to say that the couch was not, and a second couch would have been welcome. The guys hanging out across the street did not bother us in the least - seemed to be drivers waiting for a summons. They were quiet, never played music, and not an issue except on holidays when they grilled and it smelled delicious! Apartment feels spacious, especially as it is on two levels. We didn't communicate much with the owner because we had no issues, but she seemed very responsive.

What a great villa .Has been fully modernised and updated , especially the bathrooms and outside pool area which was outstanding (my wife said it had the WOW factor when we arrived).She also liked the olive oil shampoos and soaps that were provided , even tooth brushes , things that other villas don’t along with beach towels aswell .Simona & Virgil certainly go above and beyond . As far as location goes in polis I don’t think you could get any better , 200m from the beach and a 10min walk into polis for restaurants and a small nearby supermarket , perfect location I would say. I would highly recommend this villa , we couldn’t praise it enough and will certainly be going back there .
