As soon as we arrived, we felt welcome and comfortable. Thank you Shirley. The patio area was just right for morning coffee or afternoon tea. The studio was lovely. Kitchen had what we needed for our short stay, I would have loved to stay longer. The beach was a short walk as was a fun cafe. I also walked to the Mt area through quaint coastal neighborhood. Loved the soaking tub, a spa-like treat. The lightly scented spray at bedside was a special touch. The room was perfect after long day. I would love to stay again!

This is my happiest experience. The host is very nice, considerate, kind, and the service is good. The room is clean and hygienic. The host cleans the room every day. Her dog is also very cute. Anyway, we are very satisfied. We will choose this place again next time.

Great stay at Marion's guest suite. It was well presented, comfortable, and private. It's a nice walk to the beach, supermarket, and local takeaways. We slept with the windows open on the first night and the mozzies got us so night two we kept it closed with the air con on which was the way to go!

Great location for staying at the Mount with easy access to Tauranga and main highways. Comfortable and homey, appreciated the extra mile for accommodating my sisters and me. Very proactive with communicating. Great stay, only thing missing was the sunshine 🌞!

Sarah and Gary were our hosts. Great communication and we enjoyed a chat with Sarah after having our coffee on the bench in the dunes. The apartment was quite luxurious. From the sumptuous carpet to the stunning lighting. The bed was so comfortable and had beautiful linen. The bathroom was beautifully designed and the sensor light was great in the night. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely. Loved the bedside lamps with phone chargers built in. As mentioned, we had our morning coffee on a bench just a few meters from the apartment, and watched the waves. There is no view from the apartment but it is such a short walk to the beach it doesn't matter. We would thoroughly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment. We used Uber drivers to go to where all the restaurants were. Only had to wait 5 mins. Dinner at Saltwater was our highlight. We absolutely would return to Karen's apartment.

Mike and Anna were incredibly welcoming and provided such beautiful touches to their rental. After traveling for almost two days, I very much appreciated the fruit and homemade muesli. The baked goods provided by Anna were such a sweet touch too. The space felt private and peaceful and I would definitely stay here again!!

John was a lovely host, always friendly and up for a chat when we caught him. The house is in a great location & super easy to find! Albie, their cat, is the sweetest boy ever and often came over for snuggles! Would recommend staying here if possible :)

James was a very accomodating host and very responsive to our request. We loved our stay, we were officiating at an event at the Mercury baypark, so being near the stadium was very helpful. Very cosy rooms and great range of books and dvds available. The room was spotless and our bed was so comfortable! Not to mention nice and quiet neighbourhood. Thank you James and family.

Wow! I was away for work and have been on the road for about 6 weeks. I felt like I was on holiday while working. Julia and Tony’s place exceeded expectations. Stunning, peaceful. The cedar hot tub had an amazing set up from lighting at night to hearing the waterfall. Very comfortable bed and lounge suite. The bathrooms are beautiful. I just don’t not have enough words to describe how amazing Tony and Julia are and how great my stay was. Thank you!!

Tui Haven is a warm, cosy Air BnB in the traditional Kiwi sense. From the lovely quirky mosaics outside to the eclectic mix of décor and furnishings it is not designer chic but homely, comfortable and welcoming as is the host Lyn. Although we only stayed one night, we enjoyed a restful nights sleep and a wake up shower in the spotlessly clean bathroom. We could have also prepared a full dinner in the very well equipped kitchen however we didn't get the chance as we met friends for dinner outside. While the location at the end of the Omokoroa peninsular may not suit everyone, there are some lovely walks nearby and the adjacent park with 100 year old oak and walnut trees is a perfect place for a stroll. I thoroughly recommend Tui Haven if you are looking for accommodation in the area
