We had a pleasant stay at this studio unit. It was clean and just the right size for two people. The bathroom was okay, and the overall setup was comfortable. What stood out the most was the host’s hospitality—he was very accommodating, even helping us with a last-minute change to our guest list. He was friendly and showed genuine concern, which made our experience even better. Would recommend for a hassle-free stay!

A home away from home. The unit is so cozy, super clean and smells nice. Also loved the layout, the cozy bed and really enjoyed the hot&cold shower. Kdrama feels with the smart door lock, felt super safe. So thankful for Miss Beverly for catering our rush booking and even provided a welcome basket with complimentary food, water & toiletries. Definitely worth it! Will surely book again.

Rosh was an amazing host so responsive, helpful and just an overall great person. She doesn’t just give you any old airbnb but a true home away from home. You can tell she put her passion and creativity into her place and truly utilized every inch of the space. Also everything in her home is high quality such as the bed, pans, how the electric burner is installed. Stay for over a month and she made sure had everything we need for our stay. Would definitely recommend Rosh place to anyone traveling in Iloilo.

Serenity Suite was the perfect place for our short stay in Iloilo. The place was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the beds spacious with clean, comfortable sheets. The bathroom had everything we needed like soft towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, plus a quality water heater with steady temperature. We loved the extras: a TV with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, and a beautiful river view. Just steps away is the Esplanade and Sunset Boulevard, perfect for peaceful walks among mangroves and lush greenery. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! Much better than some 3-star hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s ideally located for those who want the peace of private living with easy access to restaurants, shops, and cafés. We felt so at home that we enjoyed staying in as much as going out. Communication with the host and caretaker was smooth. They responded quickly with precise information. We’ll definitely book again when we return!

We had a great stay with no issues. The place is easy to find and accessible by Grab. It's spacious enough, making it perfect for a big group of friends or family. Overall, it's a nice place, and I’d definitely recommend it. The host was very nice and proactive in providing instructions. We were also able to check in early and extend our checkout for a minimal additional fee, which was very convenient.

We had an amazing stay at Frank’s place! The apartment was clean and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Frank’s Mom was also a fantastic. She upgraded us to upper floor when there was a power trip. The host is quick to respond and always willing to help. Highly recommend!

Our group had an amazing staycation. Amy and Kuya Litoy were very helpful/accommodating. In terms of room, we did not encounter any problems at all. It's clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Facilities were working perfectly. I highly recommend them! 😃

I had a great stay at this airbnb! Julius and his family were very helpful and accommodating. All my questions were answered promptly and they even offered a ride from the airport to their place and as well as from their place going to the airport on my last day. The whole place was very clean and had everything I needed. I was very near my friend's place which was super convenient. I recommend Julius' place for anyone who wants to discover Iloilo. Its been so nice to live here at ivisan where few steps away theres awesome seafood market and the host (sir jude) is very hospitable, generous and humble where he almost guide me here and there in Iloilo city and other place I didn't know.... Such wonderful person to meet here. And most specially the unit gives me comfort where I truly relaxed all the time that I stayed in there.

The place is quiet as the owner described it. The place was convenient as it is near the main road, 711, the public market and other establishment.

If you want a quiet place to stay, we recommend this place for you, we rented the 3rd floor and it has an amazing view, it has everything you need, big terrace, a kitchen, big bed and a washer. Plus Danny is a helpful and a very nice guy. Thank you to our host, we had a wonderful time, maybe we come back again in the future 😊.
