We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

Words cannot adequately explain the magic of this place! I was traveling with my husband, three kids (11 and under), and my elderly mom. This was by far the best vacation we’ve had in recent years. The ocean was very accessible and the front of the home allowed my mom the ability to have a wonderful view of the sea. She is on a cane so walking is tricky. Being able to enjoy the beach, without feeling like we were leaving her out was ideal. It was the best of all worlds. Nayda was a wonderful host. She checked in making sure that we were all good. She was super responsive, but honestly, we needed nothing because the house was that amazing. The surrounding area truly makes you feel immersed in Puerto Rican culture. It is not overrun by tourist or super commercial, which is amazing. You feel like you’re supporting community (restaurants, shops, etc) not some “big business”chains. As a family, we are already looking at the upcoming year to see when we can come back. Thank you, Nayda!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

We had a wonderful stay! Milly was the perfect host- extremely responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and coolers, which made our beach days so easy. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the breeze each morning was a highlight. The apartment lobby is pretty basic, but once inside the unit, it feels welcoming and comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short drive to San Juan and super close to the airport, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay here was fantastic. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable for my wife, son, parents and I. I would it hesitate to come back. Beach very close and also very walkable to a lot of bars and restaurants. Casinos etc and downtown only a mile or so away. Awesome stay. Thanks!!

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.

This condo was just what my family of four (parents and two boys, 15 and 12) were expecting. The two bedrooms and living area / kitchen were perfect. We cooked breakfast and packed lunches each day, and chose to go out to dinner nightly. The kitchen had all the right equipment that we could have made dinner if we wanted to. The mattresses were comfortable, the in room air conditioners kept the apartment at the temperature we preferred. The directions were perfect - from check in, during our stay, and check out. We were there during an island-wide blackout, and Lizette’s communication was excellent. She shared where a power back up was, when to expect power to return, and ways to keep the condo as comfortable as possible. She truly went out of her way to make sure we had all info possible, as if it were our own home. She made local recommendations and was able to accommodate an early check in request by a few hours - which made a huge difference in us getting settled. 10/10

Perfect location right next to the pool and beach access. It was easy to get to every place we wanted and the parking was right next to the building. I spent most evenings on the patio with the gorgeous view of the sea, listening to the water. So relaxing! When there was an electric outage across the island, Josue let us know up to date news. He had just installed a backup generator that lasted 7 hours with low usage. When it ran out, he came and installed a backup battery and brought 3 low electric usage fans (they were excellent!) … all within 20 minutes. An outage was exactly what I worried about - the baby had refrigerated medicine - but Josue was immediately responsive. No need to worry because of all the backup systems Josue had in place including his immediate responsiveness. The apartment had beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, pool floaties … just everything you could need to be comfortable. We hope to come back!

Had a great stay for a week with my fiance and another couple. The place was as described and host went above and beyond to address any concerns and give local recommendations. The place was clean and just as described in the pictures. One thing was that the showers didn’t have great hot water supply, however this is common in PR and probably out of Ami’s control. We had one issue with the stove and Ami answered almost immediately to help rectify the issue. While the apartment can be a bit noisy due to the bars across the street, the white noise machines available for you were more than helpful to get a restful night sleep. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying there.

We stayed at Kat’s lovely place for 2 nights. It was exactly as depicted. The view was unbeatable. Very walkable and peaceful neighborhood in vicinity to the beach and lots of good restaurants. We especially appreciate Kat’s rich recommendations to local foods and to-dos.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this incredible Airbnb in San Juan! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and thoughtful—offering great local tips, delicious restaurant recommendations, and even a list of must-see beaches (make sure to check out the list of recs). The apartment itself was immaculate and stylish, offering all the modern comforts while being steps away from the beach and some of the best parts of San Juan. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed—comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen and even beach chairs and towels. The location was perfect, walkable to great restaurants, grocery stores, nightlife, and just a short Uber ride to the airport, Isla Verde, or Old San Juan. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or soak up the culture, this spot is a perfect launchpad. Highly, highly recommended!

Well-appointed, spacious 2 BR 2 BA condo in a high rise with direct access to the beach. Early check-in options available. Comfy beds, silence at night except for the lovely sound of crashing waves. Strong A/C and Wifi. Stunning views of the beach (there is no balcony). Walkable neighborhood, not too busy. Great swimming pool, open late. Small game room with tennis table and pool. Decent gym. A plumbing issue in the bathroom caused a mess and a 3-hour delay. This should have been caught beforehand. The host addressed the issue right away. Our cleaning lady was fantastic BTW. The beach area by the condo is beautiful but not good for wading; the seabed is mainly rocks, some sharp. For wading, you need to walk 5 minutes to the Parque Del Indio area. We lost power during 22 hours during an island-wide outage. Being on the 19th floor, it was quite stressful. Our host graciously sent a 1/2 day refund for our inconvenience. Kudos to our host, always responsive and informative.

What is not great about being on the ocean! The view, the beach, the city all from your roof top vantage point. This is just what it says. Description is spot on. I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful location. Would highly recommend and wish to return! Thank you for sharing this peice of paradise with us!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home. We had a group of 7 stay here and it was perfect. The outdoor space is unreal and we spent most of our time poolside or lounging on all the incredible furniture. I appreciated that for the number of beds and bedrooms, they had adequate lounge furniture for everyone. The kitchen was SO well stocked, there is laundry on-site, more than enough towels, clean and lovely linens. The list goes on and on. The neighborhood itself felt so safe, we never had a single issue or concern. There is also so much nearby, including a great coffee shop in walking distance! Truly 10/10 in every way, don’t hesitate to book this property!

We absolutely loved our stay at Myrna’s place! The location is perfect—ocean-facing, steps from the pool, and close to Walgreens and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and spacious enough for our group of six. We really appreciated the thoughtful supplies in the fridge, like water, bread, and drinks. Myrna was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The beds were super comfortable, and our kids loved watching the ocean and pool from the balcony. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—clean, spacious, convenient, and close to the airport. While renting chairs on the beach was easy, the two provided chairs were a nice bonus. We’d love to stay at Myrna’s place again. Highly recommended!

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

From the unit there is quick and easy access to the beach! Host provided two beach chairs and towels. The unit itself comfortably fits two people and was extremely clean which we really appreciated. The building felt safe and secure as well. A/C kept the unit cool. Kitchen and bathroom were small but modern and updated. The bed was comfortable and so was the futon. We enjoyed breakfast at the resort next door as well as an evening cocktail at the outdoor bar. We highly recommend bringing earplugs (or listening to music with noise canceling headphones) to reduce engine noise from departing aircraft at nearby SJU. Aircraft noise at this property is disclosed in the description. It's a quick drive to the airport! Hosts were very communicative during a power outage.

Amazing! Went with a group of friends from college and we had such a great time. Home is right on the beach, about 30-40 min away from San Juan, and always felt safe. Ruth was very communicative and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended!

Nereida's place was as advertised and she was very responsive to our questions. Her place is in a very quiet, gated, condo association. It has direct access to two wonderful beaches. We used them both. The condo was well equipped for our family of five (two parents and three adult children). It was very clean. We found it all very peaceful and relaxing. When we wanted excitement, we could easily drive to it. The grocery store, pharmacy, and gas station were just outside the complex, very convenient. Nereida sent very detailed instructions on how to find her place, which is very helpful as we have found navigation in PR generally difficult with the lack of signage and differing road names. I'd recommend that you learn to input the GPS coordinates into your smartphone, which will make navigation much easier. We would absolutely stay here again.

wow, what an amazing stay. thank you so much. Nestor was absolutely fantastic and always provided more help than we are used to. Basically, every time we had one expectation, Nestor exceeded it and everyone travelling with us was impressed and feeling great about the place. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Loved everything about the location too, the private beach was more than we could have ever asked for and the swimming pool was the cherry on top

Perfect location in Dorado! Loved spending evenings on the patio with ocean views. Lots of great food and entertainment within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and space was clean. Perfect for a group of 4

Comfortable and accommodating stay with easy beach access, and you can walk down to the beach to get to town easily! We would absolutely come back again. Very comfortable stay for two couples, and it seems like it would be quite comfortable for six people as well.
