Excellent apartment, as it appears in the photos. Also excellent interactions with the person in charge. You can't be seen from other nearby buildings on the terrace. However, the building is conveniently located for restaurants and bars in Granada.

One of the best accommodations I have visited, the apartment is beautiful and super comfortable, the sector where it is located is very safe and quiet, I think there is no other place the same in the city to the point that I did not want to go. When I return to Cali I will surely stay here again. The EXSTR team was always attentive to my needs and responded too kindly and promptly. Congratulations guys are doing an excellent job 👏🏽

I had the pleasure of spending five days in this beautiful apartment. Super central and very safe location (next to the Intercontinental Hotel and opposite the Casino, where there is almost always security in sight). Nearby there are delicious restaurants with local food that are safe to walk to (always taking proper precautions) and a bakery right on the corner of the street where we went for breakfast almost every morning (cheap and good quality). As for the apartment, impeccably clean, spacious, fragrant and colorful. Mrs. Lucia was extremely kind to us, she offered us fresh local fruit and flowers upon arrival and was always available by phone for any questions we had. The day I return to Cali, I will stay there again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—if not better. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was easy and prompt; they were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay.

It's a fantastic place, the property is very nice and very comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a restful time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the amenities (we were 5 adults and everything was perfect). The social area is very nice with super nice hammocks, dining room and living room. It has a great Jacuzzi, perfect for cooling off in the heat. The kitchen is equipped with everything and more than necessary and the best: Angela was attentive to everything and made our stay unbeatable. My family and I recommend it and as soon as we have the chance we will come back. Angela, thank you so much for everything, it was great!

I visited Cali for the first time with my partner and the experience was excellent, good host, good recommended places, from the beginning to the end there was always magnificent attention to all the details from Don Alvaro. It is certainly a place I would return to. Thank you Don Alvaro!

The place matches the photos perfectly, it's warm and it's very nice to be there, it feels like home. Juan was always very respectful, kind and above all helpful I would definitely stay there again.

A large window provides a view of distant mountains, framed by greenery and city rooftops. Two types of seating, a small round table and a chair with a patterned design, are placed near the window, creating a relaxing corner in the room.

My daughter had a birthday and we were able to celebrate it in the unit with all the protocol and permits in the living room and pool! Very friendly people, the security guards at the entrance, and above all, I'd like to highlight the kindness of Mr. Jairo! Thanks Don John who was always available and attentive to our stay from afar. 🏠 We would definitely come back 🙌🏻
