This is the second time we have stayed and we have already booked again. Awesome accommodation. Lynette goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

A grand old home that has been caringly rennovated, with large attractive grounds. We had a relaxing stay, it was warm and comfortable and nice to return to at the end of the day.

Beautiful older home, had window latches I haven’t seen since the old state houses were rebuilt, great location easy to find shops etc

Thank you so much for having me and my partner, the place was absolutely picturesque and honestly I’ve been all over the world and never had an air bnb like this. Communication was brilliant the space was clean, the furniture and aesthetic was so beautiful we felt bad there wasn’t coasters as we didn’t want to cause any trouble in such a delightful place. Can not recommend this stay enough! Outstanding a true masterpiece where everything syncs beautifully. WE WILL BE BACK.

Beautiful well kept home in a wonderfull location. Very cosy and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and luxurious, it was great to relax space after a long day. The home provided everything that we needed, and is more than what’s described. Karen is a wonderful host, who provides that extra touch to make you feel welcomed. We would highly recommend this home to anyone and would certainly visit again.

We had a wonderful time. The pool and outdoor areas were definitely a highlight. Cecile was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was well equipped and comfortable. I would definitely love to come back.

We had a lovely stay. The homestead is in the process of being renovated but it still had everything we needed. The house is large, and with the cottage as well, suited our group of two families. The gardens are large and the setting is lovely - you feel a million miles from anywhere in a good way. Philippa was incredibly responsive, and addressed all our queries, especially regarding the pool.

The small cottage was very comfortable. Philippa was a gracious host. We slept very well. Very peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed going “back to school” for our stay. Leona and Matt are so thoughtful and left many little extras that were truly above and beyond. The weather was unusually cold for summer, so the kids loved the hot chocolate with marshmallows and chocolate covered fish. The tennis court was a fan favourite and so much fun for all of us! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the living area for all 7 of us to chill out. We can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful start to our NZ adventure!

Large comfortable house with all mod cons. We loved the location as it was close to the river walkway and esplanade.

We had 4 nights here starting Christmas Eve. We took our own small twinkling Christmas tree which fitted perfectly in the lounge area. The trees lights complimented the beautiful lighting already in the cabin. This made for a perfect Christmas environment!! Our 2 teenagers were able to wake up to a lovely Christmas morning away from home. This is a beautiful private little cabin. Inside is luxurious, warm, cozy, quiet, private, with a large outdoor living area to enjoy! We loved all the little details that had been lovingly thought out for a luxury stay here. I loved the private outdoor bath. It rained a couple of days, and we still enjoyed the outdoor living areas as it’s well covered. We would love to stay again!😊

This house is spacious, tidy and has a large backyard which is fully fenced. We had a great time at the property with my dog and 2 young kids. The interior is open and spacious and has a nice living area with comfortable couches. We would definitely recommend this property to others with kids and a dog.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. I was so fascinated with the small space they made use of it’s a beautiful small home the bathroom is amazing! Like whaat mind blown everything was pristinely clean, Host also brought us toys for my baby incase she was a-bit bored loved that, And didn’t make us feel like we weren’t welcome 🙏🏼on my own part I messed up and host kindly let it pass. I highly recommend this stay, very well worth it oh and not to mention its not to far from anything! Mostly everything is around the corner.

Amy’s place was wonderful. It was so spacious, the beds were comfortable and showers were excellent. We had so much room to relax, the lounge room was huge!!! It would be a fabulous place for a family to stay. It was very well equipped too. Amy was lovely and responded to any queries very quickly. We highly recommend it.

A great apartment, huge bedrooms and love 2 bathrooms. Very close to town and good parking. We had an issue getting the tv working and the hosts responded straight away when we sent questions thanks so much!

Excellent one bedroom house on the owners property. Perfect for a couple who don’t want to be in Palmerston North but close enough to go into town for shopping or restaurants. The property is spacious for two and was beautifully presented. Don’t be put off by the rail line nearby - trains are very infrequent and not an issue. Definitely recommend this property.
