Great stay at this beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant place in hot weather. Well located in a quiet area close to restaurants and shops in Portocolom. Next to a nice natural area for walking, jogging and swimming. Carmen was very responsive and flexible, extremely welcoming. Very nice experience. Note that the bathroom is only accessible through the outdoor terrace, so not practical if it's cold out of season.

Perfect stay! Very pleasant apartment in a typical town, very well located for visiting the island. Convenience stores and restaurant a few minutes' walk away. Compliant with photos, see better, very clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Exterior with terraces, swimming pool and garden, sheltered from the wind, top. My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay in Valentina’s house and everything exceeded our expectations! Valentina is a super host and was very helpful in every way. The property is in a great location in a very quiet Road just minutes from all the beautiful restaurants of Pollença. I have to mention the quality of the beds as they were the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! We were blessed with incredible weather which made our stay absolutely perfect. This was our tenth time staying in Pollenca and this property is up there with the best. Thank you Valentina, we will be back if you will have us xx

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

Very comfortable apartment a short walk to the beach. We spent one night there, it was a pleasant stop. Emanuela is very responsive and accommodating.

Great location very near one of the cute beaches in Palma. Paulino, our main contact, was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious and has a nice sea view. We felt immersed with the locals as the apartment is not part of a bigger tourist compound. Parking requires some skill and patience but is free and always worked out.

the stay at Antonia's place was excellent impeccable apartment, access to the beautiful beach just opposite, top, private parking for the car, perfect, apartment in quiet residential area and very well located. Nothing to complain about and perfectly as described. Antonia is a charming, very responsive host with good advice. i would recommend this listing 100%

The accommodation is in a great location to visit the north-east of the island. The beach is accessible at the foot of the building, the view from the terrace is remarkable. And the host is particularly welcoming.

Lena’s house is stunning! The house has incredible views of the port, all locations are walkable and the house is so well equipped. Lena is very responsive and communicative to all of our questions. We 100 percent will come back. We had an incredible time. Her home is an absolute GEM!

Exactly look like in the pictures, bedroom was super tidy, bathroom was super clean. host also very responsive and easy to communicate. Location right in the center of everything. Overall it was a great experience will definitely back and stay longer.

If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place to be. We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The small fincar is very idyllically located and equipped with everything you need. We particularly liked the seating area in front of the house. From there we could watch the neighbors chickens +rooster, who visited us more often. We were also able to start cycling directly from the house, even if the 1.3 km long access road was not paved throughout. Xiasca was always easily accessible for us. For us, there was absolutely nothing to complain. We had a wonderful one. Vacation and would be happy to come back.

What a wonderful house. the views are stunning. the house is gorgeous too, every room was spacious, beautifully furnished and styled. the kitchen was well equipped. there's plenty of room in the garden too - also well equipped with the fab pool and loungers for everyone! The owner, Antonia, was super helpful and made us feel immediately at home. On arrival the local supermarkets were closed as it was Sunday evening but Antonia drove us to an open one 25 mins away! Nothing was too much trouble. Her son's restaurant is just opposite with a pretty back garden, and the food is delicious! Soller town is a 5 mins walk and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. I can't fault this stay.... would definitely recommend.

Great location, very clean, pretty and practically furnished (private washing machine, dishwasher and electric heater). Fantastic breakfast and sun deck! The communication with Dolores was very good, she always responded quickly to my questions. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Spacious appartment very close to the beach with stunning views over the sea and with everything we needed for self catering. There was even a sizeable pool for us to use. We were right near the town for shops and restaurants but the appartment wasn’t noisy.

Very pleasant stay at Encarna's, the house is comfortable, we enjoyed the garden and pool a lot (even at the end of April)!

Nicely renovated old farmers house where you can still have that feeling. We loved it and cannot wait to come back. German is extremely helpful without being pushy. Mallorca at it’s best (away from the crowds)!
