Spyros is a wonderful host who has made the house a home with lovely attention to detail. There was a fabulous view from the house, the rooms were comfortable and everything was fully usable. We felt at home right away, and would struggle to find anything that could be improved! thankyou Spyros, we will definitely return to your house next time we visit Puglia

Beautifull villa with a beautufull view. comfy rooms and nice annex if you have a toddler that you dont want disturbing the other guests.

We had a great time at Carmela and her husband's. We were very well looked after (thank you for the focaccia and everything else, it was delicious). The villa is beautiful, lost in the middle of cherry trees, it was very relaxing. It's a good base for visiting the surroundings. There was everything we needed, everything was clean and tidy. We had a problem with the coffee machine and it was replaced the next day (with coffee and donuts as a bonus, thank you). The tips were valuable. I recommend it 200%. A big thank you to Carmela and Francesco, great hosts. 😊

Filippo was an excellent host. He collected us at the airport, for a fee of €20. The house was as described in the photographs, spacious and airy and very clean. A car would have been an advantage as the local shop was a 20 minute walk and the local train station also a 20 minute walk. We visited Matera, we took the route 33 local bus ( 200 m walk), to the airport and got a bus from the airport to Matera. Trani is well worth a visit on the train. We had a very nice local meal in Cocianas Ristopub which is a short walk from the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Bari Palese and would highly recommend a stay in Filippo‘s Villa.

Was really nice! Enzo welcomed us with fresh focaccia and cookies from his mom. We exchanged numbers and asked him every now and then for a tip, which he always provided! We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our kid loved the toys that were provided Our dog loved the big garden, and the walks on the promenade!

I had a great time staying with Maria Teresa. I discovered a really adorable family, very human and full of goodwill to make my stay enjoyable and feel safe. The place is really cute with a super nice little terrace. And we have the sea at 400m directly when we go out. I was on foot and they also provided me with a bike. On top of cute and thoughtful little services ❤️✨ I do not regret my choice, as much for the accommodation as for the smiling and charming people I met there. I recommend 200% Thanks again. I'll be back

An absolutely beautiful holiday home for a very peaceful stay in Puglia. It’s close enough to walk to Polignano a Mare (which is stunning and has great restaurants) though only if you’re okay walking ~30mins. There are tuktuks in town to take you back. It’s very close to the marina (<5min walk) so perfect for taking a boat tour of the local coast line which I highly recommend. There is a rocky beach nearby for getting in the sea but not a lot of room for laying out all day. Highly recommend a rental car if you wanna get the most out of the location. Tony is the owner and looked after the pool. He was incredible and highly responsive, even though he pays the agency to look after the place, he was very hands on. Really glad too because the agency contact was not very helpful. He even came to sort out a power outage very quickly one night and drove us to the train station on our last day! All in all, a beautiful property in a beautiful place.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul‘s house. The property is really spacious and is in reality even larger than it feels on the pictures. There is also quite a impressive view over the countryside and actually a lot more seaview than we expected. We were two families with 4-year old children and we had ample space together in the house and each family could enjoy a lot of private space as well. The kids loved to explore the garden and the pool. Paul was super proactive and helpful before our arrival and throughout the whole stay. We chose this place due to its heated pool and Paul even kept us up to date on the pool temperature multiple times before our arrival. Also, there is Domenico, the local helper, living in the neighboring town. He came to great us and was available on request if any help was required with the facilities. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

What a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. Where there is everything you could possibly need. Very beautiful region where there is plenty to do. We had the rented cars delivered and picked up at this villa, which was very convenient. The villa and the pool, garden and terraces are exceptionally well maintained and clean. Exceptionally flexible host who was always able to pass on the best tips for the stay, transport, restaurants, day trips etc. Everything was very well organised. And Giulio is always available. Enjoy and relax without worries! I definitely recommend it to you.

We had a wonderful stay at Olga Myriam's villa. She & her husband were so sweet to welcome us with plenty of fresh fruits, home- made bread, italian biscuit... The villa is so spacious with a swimming pool, football pitch and an olive garden. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your cooking. The location is ideal for exploring Puglia,. One important note, if you use google map to reach the villa, remember to search "Mina Villa", it will lead you to Olga's villa exactly, don't use the address on the listing. Highly recommended!

We had a dreamy week with my 4 big kids. All are well thought out in this house. We were 10 (5 couples). The house is ideal for 4 couples as there are 4 bedrooms. the single sofa bed and an extra small bed are a little spartan for the fifth couple. Stefania is very responsive with any requests. The garden and pool are beautiful Thanks again Stefania we hope to be able to come back

We are a family of 7 adults. We have had the best time in mimma’s villa. We were greeted with focaccia, fridge essentials and introduced to the villa. Mimma was responsive to every request and gave us suggestions of things to do on a rainy day. The villa is well equipped, the pool is really wonderful. My only suggestion would be to provide some more sun loungers but otherwise every thing was perfect. Pugliano is a really lovely local town but cars are essential. We will definitely return someday. Our host Gianvito was totally awesome person extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about by the town He suggested every single restaurant we went to and every one of was a 10 The property is beautiful very well maintain very comfortable and clean. A peaceful little piece of paradise in cassano the house is a little out of the way so the place is quiet (except during the holidays where there are some fireworks, which did not bother us at all) and in cassano there is everything you need, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, gas stations and restaurants all accessible by car. As for Manuela, a perfect welcome with the explanations of the different outbuildings, speaks very good French which was very helpful ^^ and who advised us on most of our visits and we thank her for these valuable tips! In short, a beautiful stay in a clean place, with lots of charm, easily accessible by car, which facilitates exchange and sharing! Thanks Manuela:)

Absolutely stunning area to stay with a large group or family! The check in was seamless, we were well informed and it was a magical stay to say the least. The location is not far from Polignano a Mare and there is a supermarket close by! If you are thinking of staying a little further from the city center, this is the location! The road to get to the actual property is a little confusing, however, Darren the manager is the BEST communicator and was very helpful! We cannot wait to bring other family members and stay here again!! Ciao!!!

Excellent structure, perfectly as described. Very accurate host, always available and proactive to every request. We had many useful tips and the structure conveys a fantastic feeling of relaxation. Great security too, the residence is controlled 24 hours a day. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed the stay at Maria Chiara's place! It is a wonderfully stylishly furnished house, with all the facilities. Quiet area, car is required. Much to see in the area, most of all a 20 minute drive away. Beautiful surroundings We were 6 adults and had plenty of space The hostess was very helpful and easily accessible. Definitely worth repeating.

A really beautiful Villa close to Rutigliani and Mola di Bari. Leonarda was an excellent host not just at check in and out but was available each day if required. Exceptional property with beautiful private pool and garden.
