We had a great time at the house of loic and ludivine … everything was perfect . Ludivine and her daughter gave us a very warm welcome and were very flexible on arrival and departure times and very responsive to our messages during the stay. The house is fully equipped and comfortable with everything you need and everything was very clean upon arrival and impeccable bed linen. The pool is a big plus … It's secure and very well-maintained. The area is very quiet and 10mn from amenities by car. We loved taking care of the turtles that are loose in the garden our daughters loved to feed them every morning they are very endearing . Thank you again to these great hosts for trusting us and allowing us to have a great vacation in their home 🙏🏼 We will be back!

well-equipped accommodation in a quiet residence with swimming pools (we were able to enjoy the indoor pool in February). Ideal geographical location to visit Nîmes and Montpellier. Great value overall. It was perfect!

We booked this place for two people for a week. We were very well received, Béatrice is very friendly and knows the surroundings very well for tourist ideas. The space is large for two people, we weren't stepping on each other's toes. It has two air conditioners, making the stay very pleasant during the strong heat. Despite the very close proximity of the owners, we felt in a home just for ourselves, with our independence. Access to the pool was very nice I would recommned this property.

We had a great time with the family in the villa of Fabrice and his partner, very welcoming and very responsive hosts! Handover of keys more than early than expected to make the most of the pool and its outdoor kitchen, a delight! Very nice stay at Delphine's. A very good welcome from Doriane who is very friendly and ensures the well-being of vacationers. The house is functional and well laid out, we really liked this rental with our children.

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

Super short stay, the accommodation is clean, quiet surroundings, well arranged with good bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Recommended

This place is just wonderful, nice, peaceful and very quiet! Private land, safe car. We were welcomed by Maxime the son, a golden person, always responsive, perfectionist, smiling, a really great person. The accommodation is perfect, nothing to say, the terrace is great, the amenities are very good, in fact no criticism is possible with their professionalism, very rigorous and also great people. By the way, Maxime and his spouse restaurant them just behind, wonderful entrances / dishes and desserts, quality products, plates as pretty as the restaurant. Stylishly furnished little home that has everything you need. We 6, plus dog, felt very comfortable. Great room layout...., dining areas,... The nearby beautiful beach is also awesome. Now in the low season it was very quiet at the campsite, great were the 2 outdoor swimming pools, one of them right in front of the home. The camping shop is definitely set for completion and it is better if you get everything outside of food. Except fresh baguette, that's available every morning :).

The accommodation is very nice: clean, new, complete and new amenities, quiet area, 2 min walk from the sea, parking space on the enclosed lot and in front of the house. Welcome in person by the owner who gives all the necessary information. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

Great stay at Grau D’Agde. Fred and Josy are very friendly hosts, attentive and attentive. The cottage is pleasant and carefully decorated. Close to the beach, about 800m. We feel really good there. Pets are allowed, which delighted us to travel with our dog. We would highly recommend.

We had a great time in this place! The place is perfectly as advertised, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. cute house. very well located. beach accessible through a gate 2min walk. noted that there is no sofa. so we were there at the end of October and not easy to stay at the table but it was clearly indicated in the listing and I hadn't really seen ... so a little disappointed. despite everything, very good stay and very responsive and accommodating host.

Perfect stay in Sète in this beautiful and well kept villa. Beautiful bedrooms, large fully equipped kitchen. Exterior with beautiful pool, large sheltered terrace, beautiful view and absolute calm. Everything is neat and good quality. Secure parking in from the property. Friendly and responsive owners. Walking access to the seaside and shops (Corniche) is quite possible, we have done it several times, just a steep climb in the small paths of Saint-Clair. Restaurant tip: "L 'ssentiel", by the sea on the promenade that runs along the sea.
