La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Ideally located between the city center and the port, it has a beautiful living room with kitchen open to the living room, a quiet bedroom that overlooks a private patio with dining area. Ideal for couples or alone (large queen size double bed).

Here, you are on vacation by the sea, 800 m from the beaches. Walk down to Moulin Beach or Godelins Beach via the seaside trail. The town center, 200 m away, gives you access to all shops. The house is a peaceful oasis, we renovated it with natural and healthy materials. The living room, bathed in light, is open to the kitchen and garden for your summer barbecues.
