Life is frittered away in details. Enter our unit and life will be immediately simplified. This one bedroom unit is quaint and just enough for a couple or 3-4 people to enjoy. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located unit. 3 minutes from the bus stop. 12 mins to the grocery store and 20min walk to John Smiths Bay. Twizzy, 4 wheel bike, can be rented from Current Vehicle's location at The Loren which is a 5 min drive and we can shuttle you there if the car is available.

This spacious lower waterfront apartment has spectacular views from one end of the Island to the other, all within walking distance to the city of Hamilton! Plenty exterior spaces to lounge, BBQ and soak up the sun, and then venture into a private unique natural cave where you can swim, fish and snorkel from the dock as you watch cruise ships entering and leaving the Island.
