This beautiful villa is located in quiet neighborhood and it is surrounded with beautiful nature. We are close to the city of Nin and most popular beach in the area . City of Zadar is 15 minutes away by car. The house is perfect place for bigger familys and groups. It is very spacious and modern equipped. The villa consists of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room with dinning room, heated pool and outdoor kitchen. Our guests have free parking place, WIFI and grill.

Small village called Nadin is placed just 25 km from Zadar. Far away from big traffic and noise You will enjoy in one of the most ecologic places in Croatia. The nocturnal sounds of the countryside, waking up with the singing of birds, resting by the pool and walking throughout the landscape will nourish your body and soul. <br><br>Exterior of the villa is more than spacious. In a large garden with olive trees is placed a big swimming pool, a trampoline and a barbecue.

This lovely apartment is an ideal place to stay for couples. It is located in our family house on the first floor, and offers air condition, free WiFi access and parking. At Your disposal are fireplace with outside sitting place. Various restaurants and bars can be found in the neighborhood within walking distance. Small grocery store is just around the corner from the flat. The apartment is 30 minutes walking from the town center, and 10 minutes from the beach.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house. It has separate entrance and parking space. It's spacious, it has a lot of light. Ideal for two or for a family with children. Walk to the nearest beach takes 20 minutes (2 Kilometers). The old town is 3 kilometers (30 minutes walk). By car drive to the old town in 5 minutes.
