Ajay is a nice host and the Big Pineapple Estate stayed true to its description. A beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of city life, nestled in a pineapple farm. Ajay's parents were also very supportive and helpful. Swimming pool is a huge bonus. Rooms were clean. Surely a place to relax, unwind and connect with nature.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 1BHK villa on Mattu Beach, Udupi. The spacious property is clean, well-maintained, and offers private beach access. The peaceful surroundings made it a serene experience. One can easily spot peacocks in the surroundings that added charm to the place. The villa includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom with all essentials provided, making our stay very convenient. Special thanks to our host, Vivek, who stayed in touch from the moment we booked. He guided us with the best route from Bangalore and recommended great seafood spots in Mangalore and Udupi. He even insisted we try the delicious Gajbaje Sundae at Naturals – a must-try! We arrived to a warm welcome with hot tea. The caretakers were lovely and served delicious breakfast daily. Their hospitality added to the charm of our stay. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Udupi!

We had a wonderful stay at Kaveri’s beach front property in Udupi. The location was dreamy—just steps from the sea, which made it perfect for our kids. Despite the summer heat, they had a blast by the coast! Kaveri was thoughtful and responsive, even while travelling. She shared all the details in advance and helped us plan our stay around our train timings, which was a big help since we didn’t use private transport. Her caretaker Sashi was nearby and connected us with a great auto driver who made local travel easy and affordable. We could cook, relax, and truly unwind. The cherry on top was her rare and generous discount for families with autism—something we deeply appreciated. Highly recommend for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway!

We stayed in this airbnb for 2N3D. We travelled with little kids and parents. So we had a unique need for a kitchen where we didn't want to feed outside food for our 2 yr old. Here is the overall feedback on the property: 1. This home is a testament to how one could build their vacation home. I would say this could be used as a model home to build a vacation home. One could argue they would have as swimming pool etc , but I would baseline this home as a very good to have and sky is always the limit of what one would aspire for 2. The home had everything that one would look for in a "home". Kitchen is fully equipped with a ton of utensils, plates, crockery etc, washing machine detergent, good number of comforters, well functional ACs, dining table, excellent sofa. 3. The home is super spacious and one would enjoy the space and peaceful living in this area. 4. Chethan(host) is very friendly, he advised me on what things I could take care of while travelling with kids.

The patio is 10 steps away from the beach. The place is exactly as described in the listing. There were minimalistic but thoughtful amenities provided to make the stay very comfortable. Our stay was made lovelier by Kamala (the caretaker/cook) and her family's undivided attention. They were caring but non-intrusive. We had all the meals in the premise itself. The beach itself provided for a lot of activities. The stray dogs were very aggressive, carrying a stick helped. Other than that, the neighbourhood is quiet but not deserted.

The place is a very walkable distance from the beach, where you can enjoy the sunsets. The stay was clean and nice and the host Xavier was very helpful, even proactive with our needs and recommendations to get around. Overall our group had a pleasant and peaceful stay. Would surely recommend.

The property is amazing. We were in awe for sometime. Near, clean, all serviced and kept with a touch of utmost care. Pravin is an amazing host. Right from check in to check out and proactively suggesting all the local attractions, cuisines and sight seeings, he was more than a host. I also want to mention his very kind gesture to help us at the last moment when we were running out of time before the check out. He made sure we can enjoy the maximum without thinking about the check out time. Thank you Pravin. You are indeed a supehost.

Amazing place to stay. We loved it. The porch swing was a favorite with our kids. Latha was a great host and went above & beyond to make us comfortable and feel at home. We arrived late at night for our check in and she even had a small dinner prepped for us as she knew we had travelled all day getting there. The rental was exactly as described and the location was just perfect. Looking forward to another visit soon !!
