The condominium is very well located, easily accessible and with good leisure options and the amenity of the indoor market is wonderful. The apt is cozy very clean and organized and makes us feel at home. It sure will be on my list of favorites and will return at the first opportunity SUUUUUUPER RECOMMEND

We had an amazing stay during Carnival! The room was perfect for our trip, with everything we needed to feel comfortable and welcome. The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to do, and communication with the host was always quick and thoughtful. Undoubtedly, a wonderful experience that we recommend for those who wish to enjoy Carnival with comfort and practicality. The whole family is very attentive. We'll definitely get back to the juninas parties!

We were 5 friends to share a huge room that overlooked the street, despite that was relaxing at night. All within walking distance. Returning after long hours of walking was very comforting and pleasant, thanks in particular to this inner courtyard full of vegetation and wild birds, not to mention the most of the pool. Our host was responsive to our interactions and the staff was super nice 💖

Very beautiful place, as in the pictures, Many birds in the hyper-care garden. The upper room is spacious and bright, with good beds and a super clean bathroom. An oasis in the middle of a certain roughness of the old town that is very poorly cared for. The Guará café almost in front and the bar/tallow Chico Discos further ahead are good requests to have coffee/beer and meet local staff. But apart from them (and the Bistrô in the vicinity) the options for eating around and/or buying groceries are VERY restricted. The nearest site is the central market that is cool (very popular) but does not meet all the needs.

Accommodation in a gorgeous and peaceful mansion, it doesn't even look like it's in the center of town. It has a great silence for those who are going to work. The location is also very good, easy access to the main tourist attractions.

Well located, cheap to ride on Uber or 99, but it's all within walking distance, easy and quick to get to the beach too, all clean, rooms with hammocks, very safe, there's a lot of cool stuff to do close, the story of the place is impressive, the locals are very receptive.

I loved the place, the staff was very receptive, the place is the same as in the photo, I highly recommend it.

My family and I had a great experience staying at Rafael's property, very well located, ample space, equipped kitchen, he was attentive and helpful. Easy access to the apartment, I intend to return more often!

Location within a very cozy and quiet residential. Very good pool area and gym. Home accommodations are great and as advertised. The hostess was very helpful and attentive in the requests. Super recommend the site, it is in a central region great to get around in São Luís.
