Pleasant apartment located in an idyllic village about 1 mile outside Malmö. Close to the hiking area Arriesjön and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad about 4 km from here. Bus connection there and to Vellinge town,( only weekdays and not 16 June - 17 August.) Convenience store is located in nearby Västra Ingelstad about 3 km, larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car chargers for electric cars on site. Charging fees are to be paid directly to the host.

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Precis utanför bostaden finns även en busshållsplats där du enkelt kan ta dig in till Malmö via buss. Det är det en perfekt bas för att ladda upp batterierna. Boendet har det man behöver för att känna sig hemma så som ett fullt utrustat kök, snabbt Wi-Fi samt bekväma arbetsytor för dem som reser i arbetet

Funkar också alldeles utmärkt när man är på resande fot med närhet till stan på 25 min med kollektivtrafik ( 7 min gång till bussen). Ni har hela huset för er själva med egen ingång, eget sovrum, badrum samt minikök med stolar och bord. Fresh and tastefully decorated accommodation in a quiet area. Lovely beach in 5 minutes walking distance. Very child friendly with playhouse and trampoline in the garden. Cozy terrace facing the garden that gains to the plot with beautiful sparrow pine forest, which provides privacy and tranquility. We and our children had a great time and we will be more than happy to return!

On our canoe tour in the Arvika region, we spontaneously chose this accommodation due to bad weather – and it was an absolute godsend. The accommodation is located directly on the sea, is very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. A special highlight was the pool house, which further enhanced the stay. Our host Camilla was extremely friendly and helpful. She was always available for any questions or concerns. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation.

We were 7 girls staying in Maritta's wonderfully beautiful house. The house has everything you can wish for and is so nicely decorated and located with a great view and outdoor environments. The kitchen is well equipped and the house really has the "little extra". Maritta is very friendly and helpful! We would be glad to come back!

Shop is a short 5 min drive and fuel with cafes too if you don’t feel like cooking but all amenities are there plus loved our little chocolates on arrival great host quick and responsive! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Bodil’s apartment. It is incredibly well located, just steps away from the metro and a convenient bike rental station, which made getting around the city very easy. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we could possibly need and even more. We especially appreciated the tasteful decoration and the sunny terrace, which was perfect for relaxing. With shops, cafés, and all the essential amenities nearby, the location could not have been better.
