If you want the perfect get- away home in the idyllic region of Austurias look no further. This vacation rental has spectacular views of the ocean with fantastic rock outcroppings and the sound of the sea day and night. The home is well appointed with a highly functional kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. The additional building on the grounds has a great view, a comfortable queen size bed, and a roomy bathroom with a shower. The house has wonderful architectural detail and is tastefully furnished. It is a gem. Julio, the host, goes above and beyond with advice on places to visit. Astorias is a magnificent area of Spain. Beautiful rides up into the mountains with lakes and hikes once you get there, gorgeous, large and small beaches, restaurants galore and a fine art museum in Orviedo. The Astorias airport(OVD) is only about 15 minutes from the house. if you are lucky enough to find a vacancy here, grab it.

We went to spend the May long weekend as a family, with children, and we had a great time. When we arrived, Alicia was in charge of giving us access to the house. When she saw us arrive with the children, the first thing she did was take out a lot of trucks, cars and other things. We think it was a nice touch on her part, since it's something she didn't have to do. As for the cleanliness of the house, which is what we have seen in other comments that was something that people complained about, our experience has been very good, the house was clean, perfect sheets, towels and toiletries. Proper kitchen utensils and small appliances. The views from the house are spectacular, the grounds are very well maintained and the pool is the same. With children, the stay is very pleasant because they can play without any danger. The glazed porch is a highlight, in our case it was the place where we spent most of the time. In general, everything was very good.

Nacho was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival, he was happy to offer recommendations if we wanted. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Having a pool was a great bonus. Muros is a lovely location with some great beaches and walks in the vicinity. We had a great stay and would definitely return!
