Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

A lovely place for 4 to 5 people to enjoy all wellness facilities completely in private.

Within walking distance of the famous Korenburgerveen. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling. Located near the city center, 5 min by car, 10 min by bike; cafes & restaurants. Weekly market Pets not allowed (tourist tax 1.85 per person per night) Recreational use only. Electric car charging station available!

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

A lovely spacious house with also lots of outdoor space, privacy and opportunities to entertain you with the whole family. In the garden also a lovely hot tub to relax in (optional, 80,- p/weekend), space for sports and play, a green oasis. The Achterhoek is ideal for cycling and many possibilities within 15-30 minutes by car to make nice trips, also in Germany. Changeover day is basically Friday. For the evening meal, you can use your own kitchen and dine at the communal table. At nightfall, the canopy bed is ready for you. Close the curtains and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. The next day, first turn on the wood stove, and the area invites you to a beautiful exploration!

You will be staying in a former forge from + -1870 in a beautiful, historical and very quiet area. This "Smidse" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious home. Extremely suitable as a base for various natural or sporting excursions, or as your "home away from home" when you temporarily need a 2nd home. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited presbytery. Wonderfully quiet!
