Wow what an amazing find! We loved our stay in the Villa. Ideally located a 5 mins walk from the sea/promenade and easily able to walk to both Protaras and Pernera. Demetris was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The villa is well thought out and comes with everything needed. We loved the shaded areas and being able to relax by the pool. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

This villa was really lovely and as described. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool on our arrival and the host promptly arranged for the pool to be cleaned. The house didn’t have basic essentials like oil, sugar, salt, coffee or tea, nor hand soap for bathrooms. These are the only faults, everything else was great. You will need a car to go to Agia Napa and Protaras, but there are a couple of minimarkets, tavernas and a coffee shop which were walking distance. A very small beach is also walking distance.

We had a great sta, the house is clean and well equiped. Martinos was easy to reach and very helpful

The villa was beautiful. We have stayed in the area before, so we knew where everything was. We hired a car and had a look around the area as well as using the supermarkets. We loved the sunshine and the pool area! Marios was really helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. A great host and we will look to stay there again!

The host was very responsive and was able to meet specific requests we had. The place is specious, short walking distance from the beach, has a very large swimming pool and well equipped kitchen. the place is clean and comfortable (although not everyone liked the spring mattresses, but that's a personal preference). The kitchen includes silverware, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and various pots and pans. Multiple EU-->UK power adapters are available, which is a very nice touch. Perfect place for a family. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

Everything was very peaceful and beautiful. Nice swimming pool and short walk to nice quiet beach. Comfortable beds. Good choice of restaurant and markets nearby. There is Air conditioning but unnecessary with nice breeze from many windows. Private place to park our car and ample free street parking. Can leave key in box in case there are more than one person in group and you have separate plans. Thx

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is een heel compleet vakantieverblijf! Met een lekker zwembad, zitjes voor en achter het huis en een redelijk ruime woning is het er prima om te verblijven. Bij aankomst werden we verrast door een meer dan volle mand met allerlei etenswaren, ook een gevulde koelkast en meer dan genoeg andere spullen om niet meteen naar een supermarkt te moeten voor het eten de eerste dag(en)! De woning is helemaal voorzien van alle benodigdheden om te koken, te wassen en te verblijven! De ligging van het huis is in een rustige buurt, binnen 5 minuten sta je aan het strand en met de auto is de locale supermarkt ook in een paar minuten bereikt (te voet ongeveer 25 minuten wandelen). Een auto is raadzaam om het eiland te verkennen, het openbaar vervoer stopt overigens ook vlak bij het huis. Svetlana reageert bijzonder snel op gestuurde berichten, helaas hebben we haar niet persoonlijk gezien om haar te bedanken. Een perfecte aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Die Gegend ist nicht aufregend. Mit dem Auto kann man etwas unternehmen aber es dauert ein bisschen. Die Wohnung ist schön, für meinen Geschmack gibt es hört aber zu viel unnötigen Schnickschnack, der in der Wohnung herum steht. Es gibt gefühlt 5 Aschenbecher (obwohl man nicht in der Wohnung rauchen darf), Obst aus Plastik, in jedem Zimmer kleine Mülleimer, viel Wandbehang. Nicht mein Stil und sehr überfüllt! Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da er nicht attraktiv im Hinterhof eingesperrt ist. Die Adresse von der Unterkunft stimmt nicht mit der im Inserat überein. ABER die Gastgeberin ist toll, sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung insgesamt auch toll. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt Denkt an Mückenspray!

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

Great place to stay, everything you need for a stay in Protaras. There is a lovely beachside walk that is lit up at night that heads straight into the main strip and lots of different points for swimming. Cats lots of cats- which I love. A short walk is a cafe for your morning coffee and if you would like an ice cream. Annita helped with all my questions and even allowed a later check out which was fantastic with our late flight out.

**Great Stay with Flexible Hosts** We had a fantastic stay at Olga's place. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions and helpful photos provided beforehand. The flexible check-in/out times were a lifesaver, as our flights were very early and late. The property was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of clean towels. We especially enjoyed the friendly neighborhood cats who often lounged on the patio. The nearby Monte Elias church offered stunning views of the island, and it was easily accessible from the property. It's roughly a 15- minute walk to the main high street - a pleasant walk. We hired a car during our stay but there is a good bus network. While the sofa bed could be more comfortable with a mattress topper, and an extra pot would have been beneficial for cooking, these were minor issues that didn't significantly impact our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

Great villa with an absolutely fantastic view from the garden (and pool) and very good service (with a personal touch). We have been in this area many times but this was one of our favorite villa’s so far.

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

I love the place! It’s my to-go place in Famagusta

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën twee weken gelogeerd in dit penthouse. Prettig modern appartement met ruimte voor vier personen met groot dakterras. Goed ingericht en voorzien van prima airco. Het ligt op de tweede verdieping en wordt bereikt per trap. Het resort waarop het zich bevindt is veilig en schoon en is een woonwijk met jonge gezinnen. Het zwembad ligt dichtbij, net ver genoeg weg om geen last te hebben van eventueel lawaai en dicht genoeg bij om in badjas heen te lopen. Er is een kleine, goed voorziene supermarkt op een paar minuten lopen. In de omgeving van het resort wordt nog veel gebouwd. De hostess heeft gezorgd voor veel informatie over de omgeving. Er waren veel tips voor het verkennen van de streek en voor restaurants. Het huren van een auto bleek wel noodzakelijk. Daarnaast heeft de hostess de transfer van en naar het vliegveld geregeld. Een grote plus voor deze accommodatie dat op slechts 1,8 km ligt van het prachtige Noord-Cypriotisch strand.

This was a very last minute booking and the host accepted us. The apartment was perfect size for me and my partner, the location is just fantastic can walk everywhere. Very clean apartment, just the balcony was dusty so I did a little wash so we can sit on the chairs but other than that very very clean. Aircon works perfectly, plenty of parking downstairs location is walking distance to everywhere. I had to reach out to imre for a few things and there was a delay in his responses however he resolved any issues we had as the WiFi password was incorrect but he sorted it out for us. He’s very kind and polite and we felt very safe in his apartment. I will be very happy to stay here again next year.

Yılmaz bey, gayet ilgili ve tesis ile alakalı tüm sorulara inanılmaz hızlı cevap veren bir ev sahibi. Evin konumu ise hem merkezi noktalara yakın olması ile beraber restorantlar ve marketlere de ulaşımı kolaylaştırıyor. Toplu taşıma için ise tam apartmanın önünden araçlar hareket ediyor.
