We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

This was our second time staying at Villa Lana! We absolutely loved our stay again. Being here for the second time allowed us to appreciate the location even more. Villa Lana is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighbourhood is respectful of noise. The house is fully equipped with everything and more for your stay. Thank you Demetris, we can’t wait to come back!

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

Mr. Stavros was very friendly, very helpful and responded to all my calls immediately. The house was very clean, in a very good location.

This is a fabulous house, roomy, airy and perfect for a stay in Nicosia. We needed to be close to local government buildings and it’s a 15 minute walk to the old town. Loads of shops, restaurants nearby, we hired a car but you don’t need one as it’s opposite the bus terminal. The garden is lovely, the smell of the orange blossom on the trees was simply amazing. We also enjoyed the lemons and oranges off the trees. Huseyin was a great host, attended to our every need very quickly. My father is elderly and I asked for some non slip mats which promptly arrived the next day. The house has many things left over from previous guests like cling film, foil, teas, coffees etc.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

The area is quite calm and safe. The house is much more spacious and spacious than it is in the visuals. It is very easy to get anywhere by car. When there were minor deficiencies in the house, we directly reached Mr. Mehmet Ali; he found immediate solutions. She was very caring. I will stay there again on my next visits.

What a beautiful view! Centrally located with many walkable restaurants / supermarkets and Larnaca old town. The instructions on how to get to the right entrance (by car) are very helpful, free parking on the premises is a big plus and the check-in was easy and flexible. The apartment is so clean and inviting, it has many amenities most Airbnbs don't have - in the kitchen and the restroom. Well-equipped also with a drying rack to go with the washing machine. Energy and ecologically conscious attitude toward energy use. Themida was always quick to respond. Many different converters for different regions are in the nightstand - best to research before coming to Cyprus. (Not conforming to EU standard btw) Thank you for a great stay - highly recommended!

We rented the hiuse for 2 adults and 3 children. the accomodation in the rooms worked perfectly for us. A car is definitly needed for shoping and getting around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the house and the pool was very clean. The house was very clean and neat. At first we had some problems with the wi-fi, but Claire was fast to resolve the problem and sent someone to fix it. There is a broblem with fastidiouse ants but all on all it was good and we had a great time. I definitly recomend this house for a vacarion in Cyprus and Claire as a hostess. Thank you again. Place was very good. Great host. Unfortunately due to the weather not being hot couldn’t use the pool but the pool was large and looks great. Only issue not locks on the bathroom doors and needs a bit updating. Otherwise for the price foot property.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

It was one of the best homes I have ever stayed in. The location, quietness, architecture, and amenities of the house were really great. You can reach the host almost 24/7, which is a big advantage. Everything was very good except for the hot water problem in just one bathroom and the faucet malfunction in the WC. Overall, my rating for this home is 9

great location for a amazing vacation. we were 2 parents and 4 kids under the age of 12 and had plenty of space.

Kremena’s apartment was a great choice! It’s located just a 7-minute walk from the airport – super convenient for early flights or late arrivals. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and very tidy – exactly what we were hoping for. Just a 5-minute walk away, there’s a great spot called kiosk that serves delicious food at reasonable prices – a perfect option for a quick and tasty meal after a flight. Highly recommended!

In Andy's place you will find the calm and peace that is not often found in Nicosia. The house is located in a quiet street away from the crowds and traffic, you will not hear any noise day / night. Furthermore, its position makes it cool even during the hottest days. A 15 minute walk and you will be in the historic center. Andy has always been welcoming and available to our every request.

are staying was amazing, Katerina was always available for anything we needed, we had the pool for us the hole time and even when we asked Katerina to stay a few hours after the check out because are flight was delayed she immediately agreed and happily let us stay. the place is amazing and we wwill definitely be back!

Very grateful to have found Elena's place to stay at such short notice. The surroundings are convenient and private and there are lovely touches to welcome children. 10/10, would definitely recommend.
