Ce studio dispose d'une cuisine équipé , une salle de bain , un séjour avec canapé lit 2 places très confortable et une entrée au studio totalement indépendante avec boitier à code et une terrasse à disposition donnant sur un beau jardin. Proche de tout commerce. Proche du mon sainte-Odile, Europapark, chateau koenigsbourg, marché de Noël de Strasbourg, la Route des Vins d’Alsace...

BEAU studio de 36 M2, à proximité immédiate du centre ville. Le logement est RDC, au calme d'une cour intérieure, avec une terrasse couverte privée en haute saison. Il peut accueillir 2 à 3 voyageurs car le canapé se transforme en lit 1 place. Literie neuve 160 ×200 de 2024. Place de stationnement (4,4 m de longueur maximum) dans la cour intérieure. Local vélo fermé sur demande . Strasbourg est à 25mn en voiture ou train. Un arrêt de train se situe en face de l'aéroport de Strasbourg.
