It is a half basement place. Feels bigger than on picture. Very spacy for 3 people. You get everything you need. Free parking and easy drive to Öland. Clear instruction in both English and Swedish. We also enjoyed the small sauna.

Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything! The beach, Ica, pastry shop, restaurants etc. Better in real life than in pictures! Consumables such as dish soap, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc., were in the apartment, which was equipped with most things. Wasn't missing anything. We'd love to come back here!

We had a lovely stay. Communication before, during and after the stay super and quick. Very clean, manageable, and with everything you need. Good beds, good bathroom and nice kitchen. Quiet surroundings, easy access to the apartment and super nice nature right outside the door. And Kalmar is a really cozy city. We'll be back😊

A beautiful space. Beautifully designed spaces. Great kitchen. Upstairs beds. Well located on the edge of downtown. Bathing facilities outside the house. To the train station only about 800 m. Nice landlords, very helpful. All around a good stay.

We really liked our stay. Nina and Peter were very friendly and the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. It is a short walk from the water and is in a very quiet place. It is 20 minutes drive from Kalmar. We highly recommed this place.

Nice reception and good local knowledge, gave nice tips on the must. Very close to the bridge to Öland is a big plus as it was our goal with the trip. Recommend this home to others. We also forgot one thing in the apartment and got it in the mail the next day, really good host.

We had a great week walking with our kids in the footsteps of Astird Lindgreen. Bullerbü, Katthult, Vimmerby and Mariannelund were easily accessible. There is a nice swimming lake near the apartment. The food at Anki's cafe is highly recommended. We have experienced a lot and have recovered well at the same time thanks to the spacious apartment and the tranquility in Karlstorp. Thank you!

Nice and nice accommodation, good service. Nice when the host meets up upon arrival, responds quickly to questions even during the stay. Close to Astrid Lindgren's world which was our goal of the trip. We are very pleased.

So nice as in a luxury hotel and everything so clean that you never see. Everything was thought of - even a shoehorn. There were responses prompt and provided everything right away. Close to everything and the opportunity to enjoy nature . Everything was perfect though very cold especially in the bathroom

This was our second time at Frida's. We enjoyed it very much again. Astrid Lindgren World is within walking distance. In the other direction, about 2 km away, is a beautiful swimming lake. It was a great time. We'll be back!
