It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so if anything happens, we will take care of it right away. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station About 20 minutes on foot from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line It's a little inconvenient. There are few drive streets and you can stay quiet. This room has a good view. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place for life. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. It's not a densely populated area, so I think you'll spot it easily. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. (Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. Farmhouse "Murashiko"

We renovated an old farmhouse in a farming village that produces delicious Hokkaido rice as a private hideaway space. We are currently trying to lead the life of a small farmer in a slightly inconvenient environment, and are continuing to improve the facilities. Please enjoy the entire building and the entire premises. You will procure ingredients in the surrounding area, cook rice over a fire, and cook and eat your own meals. Chop firewood, light a fire in a pot, and take a bath with water boiled by yourself. Experience an inconvenient life in such a troublesome accommodation.
