Teras place is fantastic. Super clean, organizer and most amenities are provided for. She is super responsive and polite, a pleasure to speak to as an ideal host. Do note the check in and check out times to make sure one plans the trip well. We had some hiccups prior to the check in but her hospitality made it a great experience overall, and Tera a super great host!

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig. Man konnte von der Unterkunft aus einfach in die Stadt gelangen. Auch war ein Lawson direkt um die Ecke.

We really enjoyed sharing each others stories, she also made us feel right at home. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience in Osaka, and we hope to come back again next time!

Great place with a Japanese feel to stay especially with your family. Location was close to everything such as supermarkets, convenience stores and sightseeing places. Space was very picturesque, l and spacious with lots of rooms, kids loved the internet speed and having two bidet toilets . Our whole family loved this place.

Great place - nice and traditional , great host

地方環境寧靜幽美，步行數分鐘就到達河邊，可以欣賞到美麗的櫻花。屋內潔淨，佈置清雅，是一間新簇簇的房子，給人有家的感覺。去鐵路站只需約5、6分鐘，去巴士站只需3分鐘，有巴士直達梅田，非常方便。屋主待人親切，指示清晰，推薦許多遊玩的地方，今次旅遊的體驗十分滿意，下次到訪大阪，會再這裡住宿。

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage. The house was very clean and spacious. For us, the best part was the location. It truly felt like we were locals living in the community where Cozy Cottage is located. All of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time, and the stay definitely made our time in Kyoto extra special. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a bit of a slower pace in Kyoto.

This was out favorite stay while we were in Japan. The hosts are amazing and super responsive and the house has everything you could possibly need. The separate washer and dryer was awesome and worked perfectly for our family. We ended up cooking breakfast in, as the kitchen is well equipped with everything you needed including coffee and sugar! It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of central Kyoto but walkable to the river, Monkey Park, temples, shops, and restaurants. If this spot is available, don't hesitate and book it!

離jr或地鐵御堂筋線都算近，附近還有澡堂泡澡，二樓和式房間比較吵，容易聽到樓上及外面的聲音，其他沒問題👍我們總共8大5小入住

The host was very nice and helpful. The location is a little far from the main Kyoto Station (~35min bus ride). However the area is a residential area so it is very peaceful and nice way to experience living in Japan for a few days.

This is a very comfortable, clean, and family friendly place to stay! Our long stay experience there was top notch! The three bedrooms easily accommodated my family of 6 adults! The beds were very comfortable! The washer and dryer is also a big plus! We also loved that it was so close to the train station, a large mall, and several grocery stores. We loved the hosts. The Nakayama family were very kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any request! We will definitely stay there again.

Have never stayed in an Airbnb this unique in architecture. It’s 2 beautiful houses joined by a lovely garden and a walkway. One over 100 years old, and absolutely stunning, and the other a modern one with all amenities. And top it all a wonderful host, so kind and communicative.

Matt’s home was Amazing , the size was enough for the 3 of us. There were towels, dishes, extra blankets, playing cards & more. I’d book this home again & again. Both Matt & Meg were amazing Hosts. The home is close to a train station & convenient stores. there is a book from past guest on recommended things to do!!

This is such a great place! It was clean, spacious, and close to so much shopping and restaurants! The metro closes fairly early, but this place is just a quick walk down to dotonbori so you don’t have to worry about getting home.

Best place we stayed in Japan if im visiting the Kyoto area again i will 100% see if there is availability at the Hibi townhouse!

Absolutely fantastic stay. A block from Dotonbori street and a 7-11 downstairs and yet peaceful and quiet. A block in the other direction and you could grab the subway to many connecting trains making it a perfect hub to travel around Osaka. Loved having so much within walking distance and it still felt private and the area very safe. The owners provide above and beyond amenities like extension cords with multiple outlets to make it easy to charge everything at once, laundry detergent for the washing machine, soaps and lotions, chopsticks and silverware for leftovers, etc. The home is like new and well laid out with plenty of room for large families in multiple bedrooms and the flexibility in the living room for family board games or having breakfast together. Two balconies overlooking Osaka with patio table for coffee. And most importantly, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked extremely well! Wonderful hosts, we will stay there again next time!

Great place, perfect location and amazing value. So easy having washing machine etc, so many food options and transport options close by. Would definitely recommend
