Lovely cottage in an open rural environment.

Here you live in a countryside setting with gardens and the nature around the corner. You enter an open-plan room with a large corner sofa and in combination with a kitchenette. There is a TV with many channels as well as broadband with wireless router. The cottage has 2 bedrooms. One with 120cm hotel bed and one with a bunk bed. WC/Shower is available. Sheets and towels are not included. Just 3 kilometers away is the community Ellös, with all amenities such as shops, restaurants and a wonderful child-friendly swimming area with the popular crab fishing.

The house and surroundings are especially suitable for families with children and hikers. Rural, scenic and quiet location, undisturbed plot with climbing trees, wild berries, rock formations and large lawn. Sandbox, soccer goals and a trampoline. Balcony with barbecue. Fireplace for open fire. Short walk to jetties, small beach and crab fishing. Two hiking trails pass the house, close to "Bohusleden", Bohuslän's best destination and several golf courses. Fast WiFi. En helt underbar liten stuga 30 meter från vattnet vid skåpesundskanalen med brygga vid strandkanten. Stugan är på ca 20 kvm men har alla bekvämligheter som man behöver. Badrum, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Sängen är en bäddsoffa som blir till en Queensize säng när man fäller ut den. Passande för två personer. Fri parkering ingår.
