Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Beautiful 2-room apartment with beautiful garden, centrally located

Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many places to visit; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min t. Lund C. Parking space is available.

Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Cozy, newly renovated guest house with sleeping loft. Open-plan with cooking facilities and patio. Two single beds in the sleeping loft. There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a fridge for brought food and drinks. Coffee maker, water boiler, microwave and two hot plates allow you to cook your own food. Pets are also welcome and many of our guests bring dog, cat and even rabbit. It has nice walking paths in the surroundings.

En svensk Logcabin, efter förebild från Colorado. Sitt på den klassiska verandan och betrakta vår Japandi Garden och Koifiskarna i dammen. Laga mat, Sitt och njut, eller sov gott i skön och rofylld miljö. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger mycket nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Vid behov av fler sängplatser finns en lägenhet att hyra i anslutande byggnad. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är absolut förbjudet!

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.
