Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Accommodation booked for a one-night stopover with our baby on the vacation route. Not disappointed, the host gave us tips for nearby sights, which were worth a visit (pond with swimming possible in particular). The accommodation is spacious and clean, and well worth the asking price! The toys left for the children were immediately taken, and the baby equipment is of good quality. The rooms are spacious and functional. Parking at the bottom of the cul-de-sac is very convenient, and check-in via the lockbox is very convenient, thank you again! See you soon maybe!

This place, comfortable and nicely decorated, allowed us to have a pleasant stay. Very quiet environment, while being close to amenities: La Crèche, Saint-Maixent or Niort. Sylvie is a very friendly host, discreet but concerned about the well-being of the occupants. Thanks for hosting us.

Beautiful location! We stayed in Lavender Cottage which has a private entrance and sunny garden with table, chairs and sun loungers. We took advantage of Susan’s first night meal and breakfast in the morning which made for an easy and stress free arrival and was excellent. We had a fun day out with Martin and 2 other couples wine tasting, we went to 3 very different wineries and enjoyed a 3 course meal which was also included. Susan and Martin are a fountain of knowledge concerning where to visit and eat which was really helpful and made our days out a lot easier to plan. The pool is a lovely place to cool off after a busy days sightseeing and there are also pretty shared gardens with BBQs where you can chill out and eat if you want to. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay special. It is very rural so a car is essential, but if you want a truly French experience would highly recommend! Thank you Susan & Martin for a memorable holiday!

Comfortable, clean, and very well-equipped house with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect for a stay with family or friends. Very nice outdoor spaces and very convenient games room when the weather is not nice (billiards, table tennis, darts...)! The only small downside is the proximity to the road which is quite busy, but that's why the price is affordable. The property is well closed so no safety problem for the kids, just a little noise but that wouldn't stop us from going back. Caroline was very responsive and our exchanges were very friendly, thank you!

Had a great time in a clean and accessible place with PRM amenities. Close to the Futuroscope and other treasures of Vienna. Sandra remained available throughout our stay but everything was perfect. We appreciated the small touches and the accessories provided. We highly recommend this apartment!
