Spacious 5-Bedroom Family Villa with En-Suites

The place is as described in the listing. There really isn't much to add. We were met by the manager, who gave us a walk around before leaving. She also came on thr final day to inspect the place. The host was grateful, friendly, and responsive when I informed him of any issues(just minor things that didn't affect the stay). The only thing that I'd add is if you intend to use the washing machine, leave the setting as is, and only push start. I'm not familiar with the model, and it's confusing to set properly, but I imagine the housekeeper keeps the same setting always. Make certain the provided towels remain. Inventory them when you arrive, b/c they will be inventoried during the post inspection. Bring a universal adapter for the outlets.. ummmm, basic kitchenware is on hand, as well as toilet tissues and hand soaps. There is a lamb across the street, who 'baas' all night. For me, it was like white noise, but I can see how it might affect the sleep of some. I'd stay again and again.

Beautiful 2 Bed Villa Centre of Addis, Bole Dembel

It was a pleasure to stay at the villa hosted by Danny. I have friends in the area so the location was great. Local small markets just outside the gate with everything you need. Internet maps work great for seeing what's around the neighborhood. I stayed just over two weeks at the Villa and it was hard to say goodbye. It was nice to be able to wash clothes myself and cook in the kitchen. The price and location are amazing. You are in the heart of Addis/Bole close to everything. If you have any issues Danny is just a phone call away. It was enough space that my family was able to stay the night with me my last day in Ethiopia. I highly recommend this villa if you would like a safe place to stay at probably the best rate in the area. The extra room is great for separating small children or if traveling in groups. Also it is nice to cook breakfast instead of eating out for all your meals. Great Host and Superb Villa!!!!

Villa Ayat. Quiet and attractive garden villa.

Hager's house is so big and has a lot of space. My son and nephew had so much fun l in the compound and made great memories. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful surrounded by nice and friendly people! The caretaker in the house is such a humble and helpful person. There were some issues during our stay, but Hager was also extremely quick to respond to all my questions. In general, I would definitely book Hager's place again. Thank you for welcoming our family and a big thank you to the caretaker (Tewolde)!

I really enjoyed my stay at Yonas's place. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with many restaurants within walking distance. Yonas's, as always, was very responsive and attentive to my needs. I would definitely say here in the future.
