The villa is very big, there are three bedrooms, a large living room, a beautiful kitchen, and a very safe place. Almost everything is next to the house, including food and drink. The owner of the villa is a helpful man, and there is a car that helps you with your daily errands. Mr. David is also helpful and helps you with everything. I advise you to come and live here. An excellent environment for those who go for privacy, hygiene, value for money, security, and accessibility to all essentials. The apartment has everything. The host, Senait, is an amazing character. She checks on you for anything that needs attention. The care and hospitality accorded is beyond expectations. I stayed from 8th April to 16th April 2025 and I felt it was too short for me. I know of no reason you would be disappointed by the location, the apartment, and the host. Thank you so much, Senait, for making me feel at home away from home.

We really enjoyed staying here. Mahetem was so kind and helpful. The place was immaculate and very safe. After some rough Airbnb experiences in Addis, finding this place was such a relief. Whenever I’m next in Addis, I’ll definitely look to stay here again.

We rented Mr. Dereje’s place for a month, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The kitchen was fully functional, and the entire space made everyone feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the price he offered was incredibly reasonable—almost like staying for free! Without a doubt, we would happily stay at his place again whenever we plan to visit Addis. if you want a break from the high-rises, this is am excellent simple spot. Very central. Incredibly kind and friendly staff. Beautiful small yard garden with lots of birds. Good book collection, especially if you read Italian. Solid wi-fi. Giacomo's easy to get in touch with, and the staff are all super available. Off the main streets so peaceful at night. It's across from a primary school, so if you don't like the sound of kids shouting and playing, maybe not for you.

We are all happy for the services we got from Deborah's house which is located at a good access for transport, shopping even to the airport it was really great stay we had had,keep up the good work. Mahlet

Rahell was kind and recommended great popular coffee spot and Sirack was helpful and told us about the app to order taxis. Mostly quiet evenings except for 2 days in the week. The area was great walkable distance to alot of cafes, restaurants and shops. They provided complimentary water and tea. The flat is at the top floor via stairs, there will be someone who can help with luggage. The natural lighting bathed the living room/kitchen and lifts the spirit.

First I want to thanks my Host. She is very cooperative. Very easy check-in process. And Property is as same as picture. It's very New property. Clean bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom as per picture. WiFi is Good with solar electricity and hot water available 24X7. I stay there more than 10 days in same location. Thank you. If I will come again then definitely stay in same property. Firehiwot was a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is spacious, lots of natural light, well furnished, in a large new building right in bole brass. It is on the back side of the building so you don’t get any noise from the main road. Plenty of restaurants around.

Just spent a week at this lovely apartment. It's clean, spacious, light and nicely decorated - a really pleasant environment. Both bedrooms are large and have en suite bathrooms (including one with a bath tub), so there's lots of space. There is a working elevator (helpful with luggage!). The location is amazing - super close walkable distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, and other shops. Koba cafe on the groundfloor of the building is open breakfast, lunch and dinner, so a nice macchiato is always close at hand. Nebiyu was a great host. When we had a minor issue, he was very responsive and persistent in resolving it. I would very happily stay in this apartment again in future - it's a great find in Bole.

It was a wonderful stay in Beza’s accommodation! Everything is cozy and clean. Beza is a super thoughtful and kind lady who is willing to provide any kinds of help or suggestions she can. We will definitely miss her!!!!!

A nice place and not far from airport and a lot's to do in surroundings

Koki was a great receptionist and help. Derejes accommodated and was very flexible with me and my family by letting us check in earlier as our flight was landing 9am. Derejes responses were quick as I messaged the night before booking asking for this accommodation. The restaurant downstairs was also very good and authentic italian food also allowing us to order up to our room as well!. The room was very modern and clean and had everything we needed such as an oven, stove, fridge and washing machine. They also let us pick between two rooms with two different views ( we chose the one with the free soccer game! ). The room was the exact same as the photos and in an excellent location. overall loved the experience and the space felt like home with multiple bedrooms for a great price❤️ and I am even booking again for my last week in ethiopia! Thank you Dereje and koki for our wonderful stay!

This is our second stay at Nunu’s place, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house is excellent, and the security is outstanding. We highly recommend it to others! One of the standout features of this property is the reliable water supply—both cold and hot—along with a functional power generator that activates within half a minute of any power interruptions.

I loved my stay here! We were accommodated very quickly despite booking last minute. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with comfortable bedsheets, towels and all kitchenware. The location is amazing, central and close to the airport, cafes, and shopping. There’s a generator in the building but we never had a problem with electricity or water. The great sunset views from the balcony were an unexpected plus. The entire building is clean and well-kept. I will definitely be staying here again while in Addis. We had a lovely days in Addis Ababa and what made it even more enjoyable was the our host Dawit . Dawit's help and advice on guidance on good places to go and the prices of different things to avoid scammers. Dawit was there and responsive at all times Day and night. The place is walking distance from the center of the city for those who enjoy walking.
