We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. GONNA is a house in the mountains immersed in nature, where minimalism is combined with modernity. In the old German farm, far from other buildings, we have preserved the stone walls and the atmosphere of old architecture. At the same time, the rooms are modern and minimalist. Natural materials - stone, brick, wood - create a space for relaxation. This place offers comfort understood as a return to basic needs: silence, peace and closeness to nature.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Glamping Vyhlídka, to je jedinečné spojení maximálního pohodlí a svěží přírody. Užijte si dechberoucí výhledy proměňující se s každou denní i roční dobou. Nacházíme se 10km od centra Trutnova, brány do Krkonoš, a 6km od Adršpašsko - Teplických skal. Nabízíme soukromé ubytování se snídaní pro jednotlivce či páry. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, storage space and a spacious wardrobe. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed offers all the comfort, you sleep on two mattresses (90x200 cm). The kitchenette is fully equipped with all appliances (induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster).

Studio Apartment is an independent, two-story space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and a terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will equally welcome a family, a pack of friends, and two couples, and even two families. There is a spacious fireplace living room with a seating area with large glazing for children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining area for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, a sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Luxurious, very comfortable and spacious, fully equipped 3 rooms apartment. It is located in the attic (3rd floor) and its area is 110m2. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a small living room with a TV. There are also two bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, furnished with Miele appliances and for coffee lovers we offer Nespresso coffee machines. Fast WiFi, Sonos sound system and two smart TVs incl. Netflix.
