We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Szalejówka

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience true silence, get some sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play the board games. In summer, it's the greatest pleasure to sit on the patio and look at the forest, the meadow and the smuggling game, the children's playground. You'll sit by the grill or fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlin from us. We're the perfect getaway. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

The cottage welcomes you with a cozy interior where you can forget about the worries of everyday life and just chill by the fireplace. Brand new modern apartment is located in a beautiful environment and quiet location of the Giant Mountains. Walking distance from the center of Pec pod Sněžkou is about 15 minutes. The place of stay is located directly on the main hiking trail. The private parking area is right next to the property. A ski bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Our apartment is an ideal place for independent travelers, nature lovers, adventurers, active families with children and decent pets.

Słoneczna Zagroda - Sunny Ridge Farm Mobile Home

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.

Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
