We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

In summer, it's the greatest pleasure to sit on the patio and look at the forest, the meadow and the smuggling game, the children's playground. You'll sit by the grill or fire pit. Studio Apartment is an independent, two-story space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and a terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will equally welcome a family, a pack of friends, and two couples, and even two families. There is a spacious fireplace living room with a seating area with large glazing for children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining area for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, a sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.
