The apartment is very nice, on the ground floor. Flexible Check in. Comfortable bed and fast internet. It has a garage. Fábio is a great host, he answered me quickly. Certainly my new hosting option.

The stay was excellent! The host responded quickly and kindly allowed early check-in as I arrived earlier than scheduled for the city. The place was exactly as in the pictures, well organized and very clean. The apartment is located in a secure condominium, providing peace of mind during the stay. Undoubtedly, I will stay again when I return to the city!

the Apt of Mr. William is exactly as written in the description and photos. Everything is very clean and organized . I am very allergic and in the apartment it had no strong smell or mold. Alzira was concerned with providing antiallergic blankets. The very organized condominium and around wooded. They served us and helped us in everything we need. And were very attentive We really liked everything When we get back in Marília we already have our favorite place and we recommend it to the other guests. Thank you Mr. William and Alzira!!!

The stay was very good! Communication with Ângela was excellent, it was available whenever we need it! There was a problem with the ape we rented, but we changed apartments in the same building, for a better at no part cost and no stress for us! We've had great days!
