Beach condo vacation rentals in Orient Bay

The location is incredibly central, with the beach and numerous restaurants just across the street. There's even a grocery store conveniently located right below, which is a huge plus. However, it can get quite noisy at night due to the music from nearby restaurants. Despite that, it's a great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and enjoy a walkable area.

Loved the island. location was perfect to get to beaches on Dutch & French side. Place is small, but clean, comfortable bed & nice shower. We felt safe & secure. We spent days out & about so was good value for us. Minimal kitchen stuff but we ate quick small breakfast & ate lunch & dinners out. We loved Simpson bay which you see out the window & was a 3 minute walk. Host was very responsive & accomodating. Would definitely recommend & hope to return soon.

Betty’s place was huge, bright, extremely comfortable, and squeaky clean. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos, and laid out so the 2 bedrooms are very private from each other. The thing that sets it apart, though, is the extraordinarily beautiful setting. The balcony looks over the tasteful, green pool area to palms lining the ocean beyond. It’s spectacular. The small private, sandy beach was a wonderful escape; it’s secluded by cliffs and I sat there a couple of hours each day without seeing anyone else. The property grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculate. Other conveniences were a surprise; a nice grocery across the street and several good restaurants within a short walk. Hard to get this kind of quiet and privacy while having so much nearby. It’s a little slice of paradise.

Best views I've ever had staying in an Airbnb. Convenient location, close enough to walk to restaurants and far enough away from the noise. Brunch or happy hour on the deck overlooking the ocean can't be beat. You can use the beach out front or it's an easy to drive to check out other beaches on the Island. Nicolas responded immediately to any questions. The only negative, and it's a minor one, is parking isn't always available out front. We had to park a few blocks away for some of the nights at a nearby park. Didn't end up being a big deal, just not the most comfortable walk given the busy road. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it's an amazing place.

Damiens Apartment is situated in a former hotel, now residence area, so its very quiet. there is direct access to the beach, but while we were there there were a lot of algae, so walking till to the beach chairs and bars took about 15-20min walking on the beach. If you drive its about 10 min drive away to the main square of the beach with all the restaurants and the beach bars. directly at the grounds is a pizzeria which is great for your first day, when you dont havr the energy to go anywhere and still get food. Two other good restaurants are a 2-5 min by car and the supermarket is also just about 5 min away by car and no matter where you are going you always pass the supermarket, so its convenient that its on the way. Contact with Damien was good, he always replied fast. At the beginning we would have wished for a little bit better communication about the water cuts due to a break in the water facility on the french side, but after we asked he sent us to links to newspapers where we could look up the times ourselves. You definitely need a car and there was enough parking space on the grounds. overall we enjoyed our stay at Damiens apartment!

Few places check all the boxes for a vacation stay and this vacation was amazing. Very private, beautiful view of beach, ocean, and both pools were very nice. What a wonderful community RBC has and enjoyed meeting many new friends. A perfect 10 for us. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise on a beautiful island.

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

Beautiful well-appointed accommodations. Peaceful and love the shops and restaurants right there. (Great food and the little grocery store is so useful) Nice view of the marina action. Road coming in is crazy to drive. Everyone was super friendly! Lots of nice space in the residence as well. Very recommended!

Steps from the beach, steps from the bars, steps from the best restaurants. What else could you ask for? This ground-floor apartment is super aesthetic, spacious, and had a private backyard area. I briefly considered moving in and forwarding my mail.

The apartment is a perfect size for a couple with a large balcony and a breathtaking view. When we had questions and concerns Anna and Ash were available for help. All in all a great vacation. The only thing that worth mentioning that TV was not working but it actually made us spend more time outside and in the sun 🌞😀

I highly recommend booking Camille's place. She was very responsive and made checking in very easy. Her place has an amazing view and is a short walk from several great restaurants.

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

All around a great place to stay, one needs a car to get around to beaches and food stores. The views from our balcony was beautiful would recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s. Would love to come back. The place is exactly as the pictures and description show. Beautiful view of the ocean and less than 50 yards to the beach. We didn’t spend much time on Simpson Beach due to the winds but the location was very convenient for bouncing around across the island. Sylvia the property manager met us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and gave some local advice. She’s very sweet and was very responsive anytime we needed something. Thank you for having us!

This Airbnb and a very good value. It was clean and the downstairs air conditioner was cold when we needed it. The views are spectacular! Karine was quick to help us out when we needed bowls and beach towels. She helped us with the WiFi and upstairs fan too. Ask her for directions to the path to Orient Beach. The pool is on the ground floor-it’s not obvious from the photos-and sometimes it was busy with up to 8 people, but usually not too busy. I recommend bringing your own pillow and make iced coffee at night for the next morning because the keurig is noisy in the a.m.. The washing machine was such an asset. Always had hot water for showers and never for washing dishes. Am going to miss this place! Thank you so much Karine!

Our family of three couples and two small kids enjoyed a perfect beach vacation at Julie's Orient Bay condo (Caribbean Riviera 20). We love this beach and had visited before, but always at a hotel; the condo is a much better value for a group our size, and more roomy and comfortable. The condo's location is extraordinary, just steps away from the beach. The pool is a real plus. We mostly ate breakfast and lunch in and went out to dinner at the high quality restaurants just steps away. We used Julie's recommended shopping service (SXM Les Halles) to stock the refrigerator ahead of time -- this worked out very well. Then we were able to find most of what we needed at the local grocery store (Petit Casino). The kitchen is well-designed and had everything we needed to cook and eat. Julie was responsive to our questions before the visit. Fred managed our welcome and was also helpful. We strongly recommend this airbnb!

Amazing view and perfect location for a week on the beach and within walking distance of plenty of things to do, places to eat, etc.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at an incredible Airbnb, and I can confidently say it was an excellent choice for our gathering of eight family members. The space is not only beautifully decorated but also surprisingly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. One of the standout features of this penthouse is that each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom. This arrangement eliminated the hassle of waiting for turns to shower, which is often a concern when traveling with a large group. It made our stay all the more enjoyable and convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, ample cookware, and plenty of counter space. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking views from the balcony. The location is about 25 minutes from the airport and several popular restaurants, but the drive is totally worth it. I recommend getting a driver or renting a car.

Overall great stay. Great location, close to the airport, very modern interior with water views, direct walking path to Simpson beach. Would recommend renting a car if you stay here for easy access getting around.
