Practical semi-detached house with proximity to everything

We had a great stay in Andreas home during Christmas holidays. Very comfortable living room with lots of books plus tv. Full equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs. The backyard is nice and spacious to enjoy when there is good weather. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The city is 10min by car and nearby there are nice walks in the forest (Sommarro). You can park the car by the house with electric charger possibility. Andreas was nice and helpful, we had a small issue with the heat and he fixed it very quickly. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Nice central apartment

Jan's place is very comfortable and spacious. There were three of us and we had the chance to have one room each. The apartment has a vintage style, but it is very nice and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook and eat. It is quiet and peaceful, despite partly overlooking a road where very few cars pass. Jan was very welcoming and helpful; he helped us find a bike rental agency, with which we did a 40 km ring tour, called Hemfjarden runt, which runs through the nature reserve and the surrounding areas and which I highly recommend. The city is very pleasant, both in the center and in the green areas of the park and along the river, all within a 10-20 minute walk, depending on the area. The only aspect that can be improved is the darkening of the rooms.

Access to spacious house on three floors in nice blocks with everything that belongs to it - we got to borrow bed linen and towels, use the well-equipped kitchen, hang in the cozy sofa in front of the TV in the living room. The children could jump the trampoline and swim in the pool as well as climb and walk arm hallway in one of the rooms. Convenient with many hooks everywhere on the walls. Super nice host who was available for questions. Will be happy to return!

The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. Andreas was very kind to fill up the pool even during cold weather and we could use it on one evening. The place is also very close to Gustavsvik and the Örebro castle which are places worth visiting.

The house is new and very well maintained, well divided, ideal for 4 people, has a nice spacious living room, the bathroom is also spacious and very comfortable. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant, and there is no car traffic due to the cul-de-sac. There are two supermarkets nearby, very convenient. Robert was very friendly and helpful and everything was perfectly prepared. Staying there is highly recommended.
