The apartment is located in small village in Midtfyn, a few km from shopping, just a block from Svendborg and 20 minutes from Odense by the nearby highway, which does not bother. The view shows the scenic side of Funen just 5 km from Egeskov Castle and a few hundred meters from the field, forest and small stream. The apartment has a private bathroom with a washing machine, a cosy kitchen with a small oven, hotplates and a dining area, and a living room with a TV, a double bed and a pull-out sofa.

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The home includes a large living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. In addition, four bedrooms - all with a double bed and TV, and in two of the bedrooms there is also a sofa bed. There is a terrace attached to each room and a garden adjacent to the mill forest.
